How does the efficacy compare to the older Soprano models? I know that the 'Soprano Ice' had different applicators for different wavelengths, whereas the 'Soprano Ice Platinum' combines all three wavelengths. Is it worth it?

I find it much more bearable than the old machines. Not pain free but not very uncomfortable either.
