- Two deputies slam a man’s head into a concrete wall after he exits his cell. Photos of the injuries to the head are also in Sinclair’s declaration at paragraph 23.

They sure are tough when your hands are tied behind your back
Ok gangbanger
That guy clearly throws himself against the wall. You can see it in the body posture of the inmate. Look how he throws his shoulders compared to the posture of the deputies. No context provided with the video either. What’s with your “content warning” not even RUclips recognized this video as needing a warning. Way to be inflammatory
Slow the video dow
@@AniToni-ji8gd Indeed!!! ... it does look quite different at 0,25!
Does LA county jail have a PC section? I heard there is no PC in LA. Is that true?
They definitely have PC’s
@@Mystikwizrd666bunch of weird ass foos in pc
He threw himself at the wall, what's the issue?
What’s the problem?
Inmate seems to overplay/simulate his head being slammed , IMO inmate takes advantage of deputy placing hand on head to fake an assault.
So sad, abusing the inmate. Just because you have a badge is so uncalled for.
you need to watch that video closer. the authorities did NOT slam his head into the wall, inmate did it on his own because he knows there are bleeding heart idjits like you that would automatically blame the authorities.
Looked liked he threw himself against the wall
Not at all a BFD. Encourages compliance.
Spitting is-not a crime
It's assault. lawstuffexplained.com/is-spitting-on-someone-a-crime/
Spitting on someone is.

That's abuse? Isn't that a gang member? ya know, one that kills other people?
Looks like homie spat upon these heros.
Jail guards are generally bottom feeders...not heroes. There are exceptions but not these goons.
The Assifer was mad at his wife and he accidentally slammed the prisoners head into the wall!
🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷
I don't suppose the inmate did anything to cause that...........
Are you suggesting that the inmate posed an immediate threat to the safety of those officers? He is clearly handcuffed at the time and doesn't make any aggressive movements.
Or are you suggesting that the inmate may have done or said something earlier that angered the guards, so he deserved that violence?
Either way, it is still an egregious violation of rights.
Prison guards don't just get to subject inmates to violence because they are in a mood or because the inmate called his mother a mean name.
@@Plant_Parenthood He probably did both abd deserved everything he got.
@@kimsimonian4342 What are you basing that on?
@@Plant_Parenthood I appreciate your effort but unfortunately people troll these types of videos to state that all law enforcement activity is above reproach. There’s a growing divide in this country with a vocal minority clutching desperately to “the good ol’ days”.
@Plant Parenthood it does appear when he is going to be escorted that he shifts his weight forward and starts to move forward more rapidly then when he exited the cell indicating he does not want to be escorted. He pulled away from the officer and moved away which in itself could be him trying run away to another location or even try to position himself to harms someone which is still possible even when restrained. The officer may not of ment to use that much force but he is trying to regain control. He had 2 options which is go forward which would be one to the floor or to go to the side which the wall is the best option since a cell is on the otherside and we do not know who is in it.
