what are the pvp runes then, the runes i switch to in the 2nd fight, backstab build? completely missing the point of the 0 counterplay and the fact the lock is able to just kill me through instant spells

@@thugwaffle_hella dots and fear, etc. its lvl 25. Also you were hard casting 1-2 abilities too. Its fucking level 25, all you have is backstab and sinister strike. Go get more hp and you will beat non tank locks pretty easy.

It's melting the enemies lives like butter. Try this setup: Talent tree: 3/3 imp gouge 2/2 imp sinister strike 3/3 imp backstabb 2/5 precision 2/2 imp sprint 4/5 opportunity Runes: Slaughter from the shadow Shadow strike Between the eyes Following rotation: Sneak up in stealth Immediately ambush from behind for a 300-500 crit. And then just backstab, gouge to revive some energy and continue backstab. That all. Put only crippling poison on your daggers.
The drain life tether is just stupid. Like i understand that its only lvl 25. But a class shouldnt be so OP that I literally ignore locks unless i can outnumber them

@@thugwaffle_ The burning crusade and Wrath of the Lich king are boring, since Blizzard inplemented level boosts in The burning crusade, leveling zones have been dead for the most part except the occasional blood elf and draenei leveling, and the open world aspect of the game has been dead since Wrath of the Lich king Classic launched, since most of the servers were heavily unbalanced towards one of either factions, in a few words, unless you like doing arenas, battlegrounds and raiding, the later Classic expansions are boring for the most part, meaning in leveling and open world activities, you can get mob tags most of the time and fish alone, but it not the same.

@@thugwaffle_ so drain soul has a max range. literally all you have to do is gouge him, press sprint and run away and break the chain with range or simply vanish. drain life has a 15 second cooldown on it and warlocks fold very fast without the ability present. all you have to do is simply bait the warlock into using the ability, cancel it, then kill them. your spec is wrong because you should not be running deadly brew in pvp. you should be running slaughter from the shadows with between the eyes and shadowstrike. instead youre sitting there in pve spec trying to zug down a warlock through his drain life chain.

You did between 0 and -1 damage to that warlock, this is why I stay in Classic era, some rune abilities seem to be too powerful.
