How can you say that Nizam wanted to attack India with help of Pakistan?
Pakistan itself was newly formed and it wasn't in condition to handle itself whereas Nizam who was richest man at his time could have done everything on his own with the help of his own money, Nizam lost to Indian Army because his army wasn't much powerful compared to Indian Army.
It was Razakars who wanted to do a war with India known as Operation Polo, Nizam wanted to surrender.
At the time of police action many muslims were harmed and killed brutally and many womens were ill treated(I hope you understand what I mean by ill treated here), these people had nothing to do with these type of politics.Being a citizen of Hyderabad, I have heard incidents of police action in which many people were harmed.
At the time of war with China, Nizam donated 5tons of gold to India which helped our army.
He formed SBH later associated to SBI, he donated to Osmania University(OU) and Banaras Hindu University.
If Hyderabad was somehow given the chance to remain independent, it could have able to survive.
Even though I like that Hyderabad is a part of India but I don't like the things done in police action. Annexation of Hyderabad is much explained but the dark incidents are never explained.
It is told in video that Nizam was planning to attack India with help of Pakistan, but it was just a suspicion but this guy is telling it like a truth. Getting Hyderabad would be economically beneficial for India because it was much developed compared to other places of India, Hyderabad wasn't much exploited by Britishers so it could develop more.
I don't intend to spread any hate between the religions, I support the unity and diversity of our great country and I feel good that Hyderabad is part of India but I don't like the things of police action.

If Junagadh province and Hyderabad province, Goa etc were taken under Indian control then why Kashmir was given a choice? If it was taken under Indian control at any cost, then Pakistan would have never attacked it and no POK issue and kashmiri pandits genocide would have happened! Pls help me with true history
So basically peoples opinion mattered - Junagadh and Hyd had Muslim ruling class and huuge Hindu majority population, so it was evident that a referendum would just hand over the regions to India. And these regions didn’t face violence from outsiders much.
The problem with kashmir was tribesmen from north west frontier who attacked independent Kashmir, and at that time, it was these guys who did more violence than kashmiri Muslims. Of course pak supported the tribesmen. The reason pak didn’t give up on Kashmir was
1. Control of Indus River - vital to Pak and India s plains.
2. Strategic location - it’s very easy to attack New Delhi and many places of northern India from kashmir because of kashmirs altitude. So pak literally wanted kashmir to keep India in constant fear.
So there was more violence in Kashmir and then I think u know what followed - wars etc etc
