@@htawmoo9815very true! I feel like with our Karen culture we are so big on respecting our parents and our elders that is hard to have a good/fun relationship with them. I didn’t have like an actual relationships with my parents until I came to Canada because back in the camp is all about respecting your parents and being afraid of them you know.

haha my dad was just being sarcastic lol that's why he said that. cause usually we wish or want to have good memories right? but he's saying the opposite of that so he's just being sarcastic haha cannot take my dad seriously.
