I have paradox and dream within a dream and I wore them both recently for the halloween season and dream within a dream is INCREDIBLE. Paradox is gorgeous too but the magnetic effect just isn't as magnificent as it is in dream within a dream

Just used my very first magnetic polish, from a different brand, and I can't stop looking at my nails! I was so nervous I was going to mess it up but it was so much easier than I expected! I can't wait to try the velvet polishes here!! Thank you for the video!❤️

Have you compared BAE to Mooncat’s Velvet Rose? It looks like BAE has more of a jelly base and Velvet Rose has added scattered holo? Wondering if one or other is better for the velvet effect specifically!
You're exactly right! Velvet Rose might be slightly darker/more pink, the Ciruqe one seems more airy/light if that makes sense haha. I haven't tried Velvet Rose with the velvet effect yet though! I'll let you know if/when I do 😁
I picked up a couple of the magnetics on the restock…I wish I could make mine look as cool as the effect looks on videos and pics! I struggle getting a strong magnetic shift even with what I think is a good magnet
I recommend maybe trying it under the nail as you apply the polish! Using that method it kind of centers all the pigment right away and helps make a bit of a stronger line :) thank you for watching Gray!
@@therightkindofpen Yes! You put your finger tip on top of the magnetic and then paint as normal. I find it a lot easier to do - stronger effect plus no risk of accidentally touching the wet polish with the magnet.

I think multichrome and magnetic polishes are Cirque's forte! Their candy and speckled polishes are so good too.
