Top grows faster. I've been coloring my hair since the age of 21 (58 now). Over the past 2 years, I've been mostly blue. Although at the time I'm writing this, I'm purple. SO GLAD TO HEAR LIFE IS TREATING YOU WELL. You aren't only a blessing to the people in your chair but to untold numbers around the world. My favorite hair color is violet purple. Unfortunately, I've been to three different hairstylist that messed up my hair color, so I'm hesitant to get it done professionally again. At this point I might as well get a box hair color and take a crack at it.

When I am tired of my hair, I will cut it all off. I have big chopped my hair 6 or 7 times since 2009. I have always loved short hair. The back of my hair grows faster than any other part of my hair. My signature color is hot pink... I rocked it for years but the bleaching process killed my curls I died it black 🖤 and trying to grow it out as much as possible. Maybe I see a hot pink pixie cut in my future 🔮

I love a nice rich honey color. About a year ago, I went to a stylist and had my hair colored honey blonde going into ash blonde. It was so pretty but stripped my hair badly a month later. I had massive shedding. I was so upset because I loved that color, but my natural hair is so dark, that the chemicals were too strong. 😫 I love color though. 😍
I had platinum for s few months loved it but i have to be a level 9 ash blonde or it gets too damaged

Love the color and style. My go-to color used to be red but I had to switch to Bigen’s Darkest Brown once I got older. I needed my hair to look fuller as I aged.
My hair grows faster in the back around the perimeter. The center is the thickest, and the front is the slowest; no problems with my edges either.
In high school my signature color was fire engine red! But these days irs just regular.

Looks fab! My signature color is honey blonde. I’ve worn it since college. I used to wear it on my tips - my nickname was Frosty. Now I wear it ombréd on top with light brown on the bottom. The blonde on top hides the thinning.
I have let my natural gray grow in. I used to keep it eggplant purple and I LOVED it.

My mom would always say " this too shall pass ". It keeps me going on the painful days. I learn so much from you. I had my cute once by someone on purpose not but not by choice. Then I cute my bangs for a change then the whole front. My hair came out due to my health. Right now I have no idea how my hair grows. My hair was long now for me it is short for me. Just adjusting to the change and trying different styles. I've learned to accept my natural curl. Lol. I twist and roller curl.😄💖

Watching you do hair is so relaxing sis! I'm going to answer your questions: 1) My hair grows the fastest in the back just like your client, and it has a looser curl pattern. When I would try to do a wash and go...I would end up looking like I had jerry curl mullet LOL, 2) I'm known for wearing dark copper colors (OT30 or 30), 3) I think my favorite TV shows growing up was definitely Martin, Living Single and A Different World! Congratulations!!!I remember going to the salon as a child & a kid waiting for the latest hair magazine to drop! BTW, I love a precision cut! Most cosmetologist think you should do 9ne technique all over the head. I used to use neutralizing shampoo to get color off the skin. I used to love getting red highlights. So much so that my college graduation Pic I have a Bob with red highlights!

I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad in 2018 and your mum in 2019. My younger sister passed before her 30th birthday in 2019 and I miss her more each day. What a terrible year that was. For me, it was worse than the 2 years of pandemic.

To answer your questions: my back grows faster than the front so my short cuts never really last very long…burgundy, red, purple and blue are my signature colors and Martin was DEFINITELY the show we never missed when I was coming up!

10:35 I'm a white person in the middle of the mid-west, so having colored hair out here(especially as someone about to turn 30 haha) is definitely something that will turn a head or two. HOW EVER I always feel like I'm going back to my 'natural' color when I dye my hair back to blue. I'm having fun with having it at a level 6-8(depending on what part) gray with some heavy handed purple undertones. I'm redoing the roots tomorrow and will probably add some royal purple 'highlights' to it.
Hello fellow Midwesterner! Former Wisconsinite now living in Kentucky. I too felt like I was going back to my 'real' color when I started coloring my hair blue about five years ago. I add purple as well and since I have a lot of white hair. Or at least I assume it's mostly white now. It's been a long time since I haven't been blue and at 61 I believe there is a lot more white than I remember.
Joico Cobalt Blue with a dark root is my signature color. I feel like me in it. Like it’s my natural color. I wish it would just grow out of my head blue.
