excellent video- I did not know about the requirement that a customer be able to remove the label without damaging certain packaging. Thanks for going through the details and showing the screen shots.
Thanks Kamil for the detailed post. I've been worried about having to buy an expensive printer for my FBA and instead you've showed me how to use the DYMO labeler I already have. Great graphics!
Thank you so much! Your a lifesaver. It only took me 4 hrs of stubborness before I looked at you tube and found your video. It works like a champ and now to send my inventory into FBA. Happy Q4 to you!
Thank you! I've had a dymo for 7 months now and finally stopped trying to get it to work properly 4 months ago after wasting hours each time I tried. I had been trying to do the capture and print through the dymo software but it constantly printed the wrong orientation no matter how many times I corrected it. I'm excited to try your method.
Hello there. First great video ! And great sens of humour as well. For mine to work (after trying several times) I used label number 30334 2-1/4" x 1-1/4" in Portrait mode and FIT. Thank you again and keep it up !
Great video! I have a question, our product will be placed in a plastic bag (not a box) since it's a soft good for children aged 3+. . Can you recommend any plastic bags? 8X10 would work. Also, will the Dymo 11354 labels come off the bag easily for the customers that Amazon requires? Thank you so much!
excellent/ the only video that helped. Is there a way to print multiple stickers at once if listing many items (books) or does it have to be done individually=- thanks!
Hi. As far as I know there are some solutions for that, but you need to pay a lot for that. I have no further information about that. Otherwise, just use A4 laser printer.
Hi Kamil. Thanks for the video. I learned something useful finally. I'm trying to figure out how to ship my stuff to amazon fulfillment center. And printing labels using the dymo thermal is something new for me.
Hi. Thanks for the comment. FBA seems difficult at first, but it's really easy. Just take it step by step and that's it. You will learn from mistakes. It's not something to worry about.
May I ask what you ship? I need to ship about 15 tons of books. You think I can ship every book inside the bubble mailer before I put about 10-15 of them inside the box to stay within 50 lbs? And on the outside of the bubble mailer I'd attach the label. Books are new hence I'd like to keep them safe during the transit.
lubomir firko We mainly sell electronics, and I have sold a few books too. I recon you do not need to worry about each book separately, but wrap them around on the outside quite well. Also, books are heavy, so make small boxes. Also, Amazon charges $1-2 fee for each book it sells, so make sure you still make profit on it. If you sell a book for $1.50, you might be charged $1.80 by Amazon for the sale.
Hi Buddy Thanks for your videos - I literally got this printer today, and i followed (after trying myself and watching other videos/reading) your wonderful video. Now the first time i followed it it all worked, the barcodes print on the label the correct way, but since then , it has started to print them only half, and the image is coming out down, instead of horizontally as the labels are formatted for. It seems that this sometimes happens and sometimes doesnt. When it prints it correctly it makes a beep sound, when it doesnt it is possibly the most infuriating thing ever and enough to put me off wanting to use this thing. Do you know what may be happening? I appreciate your help ! Thank you sir :)
Vinegar and WD40 make great anti adhesives. Normal print quality might be faster and use less overall energy. It would take a try to determine difference in visual quality of the output.
Why is it that suddenly its now printing them as if the labels are coming out horizontally now!? I was just printing perfectly across the label and have chosen the correct paper size etc but now its printing "down" again - any ideas?
LOL! i bet it took time to figure out. Thanks you! After seeing your video i start searching for the 11354 labels on amazon and wow! here in the us it was at 70.00 for a roll 1000. Then i did look in uk and it was way cheaper. But did some research and found that the DYMO 30334 LabelWriter Self-Adhesive Multi-Purpose Labels, 2 1/4- by 1 1/4-inch, Roll of 1000 would do the same job! it was also more affordable than the 11354. will try them and let you know!
Outlet Shop UK In US I like MM better but everyone in my Country seems to like standard. ;-) Finding these labels here online was not easy... this comment and suggestion for 30334 did the trick. Thanks
Joel Drawbaugh I can see they are much more expensive than in UK. Strange - usually stuff is much cheaper in US than in rip off UK. 30334 (32x57mm) seems to be the equivalent of 11354 (57x32).
Hi, when i come print after selecting snapshot, adobe reader comes up with a 'their were no pages selected to print' or sometimes 'this document cannot be printed'. Any idea why as i followed you instructions step by step. Thanks in advance for your help.
It might be a driver issue, Windows issue or just one off. Restart your computer (shutdown/reboot/restart - not just log off or sleep). If persists, uninstall Dymo printer and reinstall, update Adobe to the latest version. Other than that, google it to see if others have the same issue.
I start to use Label Resizer. I was tired of snapshots. Other extensions are not working for today. Label Resizer's Chrome extension is working well also web site.
Label Resizer is one of the best sites for Amazon sellers at affordable prices. Furhetmore the site also enables you to print your labels directly from your seller account.
I am having problems printing labels for FBA and it has me dead in the water. You have clear and easy to follow instructions but they are not working for me. I have a Dymo 450 printer with the American equivalent of the labels you used 2.25" X 1.25". I have downloaded the software from Dymo, opened the PDF in Adobe Reader, took a snapshot of the label I wanted to print, and I set up the properties of the printer the same as you show in the video. Everything is good up until this point when I try to print. My computer will not allow me to print since I do not have any pages select instead I have print graphic selected. I tried printing the entire page of labels but that did not work well. I am at a loss on what to do and I need some help.
Thank you so much for your video. I followed it exactly and shipped out my first FBA shipment on Monday. Thank You! I have been looking for the labels you showed on the video (11354). In the US they do not have the same numbering system. Can you send me the exact measurements in "inches". Thank You
I think it's the same, but Dymo is very stupid and they have different number on the tape, and different on the box. Look for this: Dymo S0722540 LabelWriter Multi-Purpose Labels, Self-Adhesive, 57 x 32 mm

dolphin miles I suggest you do your research. Find out what size you need. I have made two suggestions in the video and I explain it clearly. 11354 is pretty good for most things.
hi! If i choose Amazon to print my labels , does that means they will only print labels on my books and i only need to print labels on the box?? thanks!
Hi I have had no problem with the 11354 labels but I cannot for the life of me get the 11355 labels to print the corrrect way it keeps printing Landscape even if I select different options? Any ideas?
Outlet Shop UK Nothing works I have to print all my labels off one at a time for it to work otherwise they first label prints fine then the rest miss the labels etc. When I try your take a snapshot method it just prints everything over two or three labels the wrong way no matter whether it is portrait, landscape, fit actual size or auto orientation it just doesn't work. Very frustrating considering it is supposed to make things easier.
kirsty davidson Hm... maybe you missed a step. After you took the snapshot, did you choose the right size of the label? Adobe Reader often does not remember or check the size, so it needs to be selected every time. If it looks ok on the preview, it should print ok if the right size of label is selected. Watch my video again carefully.
I do not recommend using other sizes of labels unless you have a need for that, e.g. your items are very small, then use 11355, or if your items are huge, use 11356.
This process appears to take much longer than just using an inkjet. Imagine having to print labels for 300 items. It would take at least 20 times longer. Thanks for the info...good video.
+John QPublic Yeah, if you have lots of different items, then a laser printer is the way forward. I would not use an ink printer, though. If you have just a few lines of products, Dymo is the way forward.
this was working fine for me following your tutorial, but now the name of the product on the printed label is distorted, as in it is printing 2 layers on the name of the product, I have tried trouble shooting and cleaning the printer head, but still the same outcome any tips ?
I have not received anything. The easiest thing is always to upload the picture somewhere and post a link. You can send me an email to kamil@outletshopuk.co.uk.
Do I need you used DYMO only labels? I had a previous Zebra LP 2824 and decided to use the same label (amzn.to/1H5yjil) with the DYMO which I got in today. I set to print one FBA label, but the dymo just keeps spitting out a whole bunch of blank labels afterwards. Any reason why it is doing that? or should I just get the dymo required labels?
+Outlet Shop UK okay. Thanks! I will give them a call. Great video! It will help alot of folks who are having difficulties printing their FBA's. Only wish there was a way to print all at once.
+Adjodha B I had this problem with a Zebra in the past. I think it means that our paper settings are off (like you're trying to print a letter sized paper on the label when it's much smaller). Check your printer settings under advanced.
Well, you need to do it one by one. It only takes some 30 seconds per label, so it's not that bad, But why would you have so many labels in one shipment? 2-10 is a good number. Aim to have 2-5 products lines at a go. 50 is far too much, unless you're big, but then you'll have commercial solutions. Or do you mean you have one label and 50 items? Then it's just 30 seconds plus printing time.
Outlet Shop UK What about books? That is the number 1 thing sellers ship to Amazon. Each book usually has its own label, so a box-full is usually about 50 labels, maybe more.
Just click on scan and label button in seller central. I just sent in 113 different MSKU's. This might work if you have 3 items.....Would take any normal FBA seller a year to print that many this way.
Christoph Puetz It looks, but it isn't. Once you get hold of it, it goes smoothly. Also, if you have lots of things, you can use professional services for that.
Outlet Shop UK because I don't have 1,000 of the same item. So, I'm having to screen grab the image, resize it, screen grab the image resize it, etc... Seems like a lot of time involved if you have 100 items and most of them are different.
ArbitraryLifestyle I do it for thousands. Either that or pay amazon $.20 per unit. Doesn't sound like much, but when you get into the thousands it adds up quick.
My advice would be to stay away from this printer for FBA purposes UNTIL Amazon supports it officially. Otherwise you're going to spend hours trying to hack this thing.
By the way, I like your video. I'm not criticising your video in anyway, rather, this is the best video on the Internet showing how to do this. All I'm saying is, what you have demonstrated here is a 'hack'. The only other way is to pay for a 3rd party solution or browser plugin to make it more convenient for larger volume printing for FBA.
A Torrent of Videos Hey. Thanks for clarifying. Yeah, it is kind of a hack in that sense. Do you know any good 3rd party solutions or browser plugins? I'd like to see how that works.
My problem is that I can't get it to print more than 1 label at a time. I use Adobe for mac. It doesn't matter what number I set 'copies', it always only prints 1. Any ideas?
Of course. They are waterproof to a high degree, but I would recommend securing them with transparent tape if they are going to be exposed to the weather.
Great video! I struggled for hours with this until I found your video and then it was a quick print afterwards! Thank you for this!!
I know the pain - it took me a while to figure that out. Glad it helped.
Thx dude.We are lucky to have people like you among us.Cheers
That's very kind of you to say that. Big cheers, bro.
excellent video- I did not know about the requirement that a customer be able to remove the label without damaging certain packaging. Thanks for going through the details and showing the screen shots.
Thank you for this explanation. I have tried many ways and yours is the only way I have gotten my labels to print correctly!
That is awesome news. Together we can do more!
Thanks Kamil for the detailed post. I've been worried about having to buy an expensive printer for my FBA and instead you've showed me how to use the DYMO labeler I already have. Great graphics!
I'm really glad I could help :-).
Thank you Kamil for this valuable information. Just bought a dymo label printer and needed to know how to print Amazon fba label.
Man, it took me a really long time to figure this out - I had to share it ;-)
Thanks for this video! This is the only solution I've found to finally get these labels printed.
Thank you so much! Your a lifesaver. It only took me 4 hrs of stubborness before I looked at you tube and found your video. It works like a champ and now to send my inventory into FBA. Happy Q4 to you!
Hey. Really glad I could help. I usually look things up before 4 hours passes, and I never give up :-)

I had been trying to do the capture and print through the dymo software but it constantly printed the wrong orientation no matter how many times I corrected it. I'm excited to try your method.
Sometimes it's a matter of one step that might be missing from the recipe. If things don't work, don't give up. Just do something different.
Thanks for your video. It gave me the last step I needed.
I'm glad I could be of help.
Thanks so much - couldn't figure it out but your video was excellent and very clear
Thank you so much!! You are a life saver!! I was really stuck, but your tutorial is the best.
thank you so much. you were the first video that actually worked!!
Thanks. I also made more videos with more details, if you get stuck. Cheers.
Thank you so much. I am sending in my first shipment and thank you for explaining step by step.
Great. I hope it works for you. Let me know how it went - I would be very happy to hear about your successes.
Thank you thank you! My label printing add on has broken but now I can print my labels!
Very helpful. Great explanation!
Thank you. I'm really glad my efforts are appreciated.

Life saver . Thanks for this video . Now i wonder if there is a way to get these done in one go rather than one at a time
Thank you very much!!! worked perfectly!!!! So very helpful!
That is awesome news - music to my ears. Thanks for the comment :-)
Thanks a lot this solved 3 days nightmare.
Glad I could help. It took me a while too.
Many thanks! This was a big help
+TavinTyrone Thanks!
Very helpful, thank you. Are there any other labels (besides the 11354) that you'd recommend for a new FBA seller?

My Dymo 450 prints in landscape, how do I set it up to print the labels correctly?
Just change the orientation. I show it in the video.
Hi this has been really helpful
hi i will like to know what size labels should i for my retail products
Is sticker printing possible with this device? Does it require a separate sticker paper roll?
Yes, you need to install the roll you require. There are quite a few sizes to choose from.
Great video, thank you! However, I have 100 different items and it doesn't give the option to print all at the same time :(
+Up Vibe Fitness Wear Unfortunately for that there is no option. There are some paid solutions, though.

I have had no problem with the 11354 labels but I cannot for the life of me get the 11355 labels to print the corrrect way it keeps printing Landscape even if I select different options? Any ideas?
Toggle between Actual size, fit, and auto orientation.

Nothing works I have to print all my labels off one at a time for it to work otherwise they first label prints fine then the rest miss the labels etc. When I try your take a snapshot method it just prints everything over two or three labels the wrong way no matter whether it is portrait, landscape, fit actual size or auto orientation it just doesn't work. Adobe Reader often does not remember or check the size, so it needs to be selected every time. If it looks ok on the preview, it should print ok if the right size of label is selected. kirsty davidson BTW, if you don't have original Dymo labels, the printer might get crazy at times.
Do you still have that APP that cuts the process of cutting/pasting the mailing labels? I don't see it on your website anymore.
Monica Busby Hey. What app? I have not mentioned any app, and what website are you talking about?
I do not recommend using other sizes of labels unless you have a need for that, e.g. your items are very small, then use 11355, or if your items are huge, use 11356.
Great! Thank you for the prompt response.
Super helpful thank you
Really glad. Thanks for such a lovely comment.
how many stickers i would be able to print with one roller??
dolphin miles Each roll has a different number of stickers, depending on its size - 200 to 1000 stickers per roll.
how to save the one by one amazon barcode under different names in adobe?

Dude i have 600 labels to print all individual items this is insane if im expected to snapshot 600 things!!!!
You can buy Brother printer and use their software to extract each label automatically. I have a video about that now.
If i order paper 11354 from dhgate from China. would that work? can anyone help
Why don't you buy from 2 or 3 places and test? It's not that expensive, so you can experiment.
Thank you so so so much for this...
Hi I managed to actually print out a decent barcode but is there a way of checking if this barcode actually works anyone know of any app to check it ?
Yeah, any bar code scanning app will do.
Thanks a lot
useful video. thank you.
Greatly appreciated
Do I need you used DYMO only labels? I had a previous Zebra LP 2824 and decided to use the same label (amzn.to/1H5yjil) with the DYMO which I got in today. I set to print one FBA label, but the dymo just keeps spitting out a whole bunch of blank labels afterwards. Any reason why it is doing that? or should I just get the dymo required labels?
+Adjodha B I think it's because of a bar code at the back of the labels that DYMO uses to recognize labels, but I'm not entirely sure.
+Outlet Shop UK okay. Thanks! I will give them a call. Great video! It will help alot of folks who are having difficulties printing their FBA's. Only wish there was a way to print all at once.
+Adjodha B Hey. Thanks. I wish too. I don't think it's that difficult for Amazon to implement it - I guess they have other priorities.
+Adjodha B I had this problem with a Zebra in the past. I think it means that our paper settings are off (like you're trying to print a letter sized paper on the label when it's much smaller). Check your printer settings under advanced.
Thank's a lot bro !
Would it be cheaper to just have a company print your labels and mail them to you. Rather then continually investing in labels and buying a machine ?
This is what I'm considering right now too
thank you for this video
Is there not a way just to click and print? This is way too much trouble IMO. I would rather just keep printing 30 at once from within Seller Central.
Yes, but we all have chosen the longer way as we like to lose time and go the longer way, don't you?
Outlet Shop UK Diane Wells There is a much faster way to print off labels, this is probably the most useless method.
J L Would you please let me know? I've heard of ListLabelShip. Would like to have a way that does not cost anything extra. thanks.
J L I am all ears. What is it?
Seems like a lot of work if you have a many labels to print. What if you have 50 labels to print?
Well, you need to do it one by one. It only takes some 30 seconds per label, so it's not that bad, But why would you have so many labels in one shipment? 2-10 is a good number. Aim to have 2-5 products lines at a go. 50 is far too much, unless you're big, but then you'll have commercial solutions. Or do you mean you have one label and 50 items? A Torrent of Videos Again, same label 50 times - takes one minute. 50 different labels once - one hour.
That's too long :) The 'normal way', 50 labels, 1 minute. Done.
A Torrent of Videos If I had 50 different items one label each, I would print it on two A4 pages - 15 seconds ;-)
thank you for this info. i was about to eat my brain lol
+Tina Ramone Lol. We would not want you to do that ;-)
I think this would be easier with a PJ722Z1 Brother PJ722 A4.
Thank you!
Any advice on how to set up on MAC? Please
Sorry, I've never had MAC. Somehow I don't like MAC's. I'm sure it's pretty the same way.
ok thanks for replying
The label is coming out white
Ricardo Figueroa I see. That is a problem, I guess ;-). No idea. Why don't you contact Dymo support?
Ricardo Figueroa Are your labels thermal?

LabelWriter 450 : Paper Size 32x57mm : 11354 Multi-Purpose
What do you refer to? Are you correcting something?
@@OutletShopUK hey. No just the answer I searched for :) good video :)
@@TheSantos46289 :-) cool. Big thanks ;-)
It don't matter which labels you use does it?
+betopelotaz1 That depends what you mean. The printer or Adobe Reader don't care about the labels, but you may.
Outlet Shop UK I mean USPS or Amazon
+betopelotaz1 I really don't know what you mean.
Outlet Shop UK it don't matter which labels I use for Amazon or USPS?
betopelotaz1 like is there a certain kind of labels Amazon or USPS might approve of?
dzieki !
👍Thank you
Just click on scan and label button in seller central. I just sent in 113 different MSKU's. This might work if you have 3 items.....Would take any normal FBA seller a year to print that many this way.
Not everyone has a scanner. And even if, Amazon only generates A4 pages. Or am I missing something?
its time consuming process and too many steps. not effective for bulk and large shipment. but its good tutorial
Of course. But once you know the process, then you can adapt to your needs ;-)
This looks very cumbersome when you have a large number of pieces to ship.
Christoph Puetz It looks, but it isn't. Once you get hold of it, it goes smoothly. Also, if you have lots of things, you can use professional services for that.
Christoph Puetz indeed. I can't imagine printing 100 labels this way.
ArbitraryLifestyle Why not? You just set the number to 1000, press the Print button and wait for it to finish.
Doesn't sound like much, but when you get into the thousands it adds up quick.
your email bounced back to me some 24 hours later
Uszy więdną od twojego Ponglish....Pozdrawiam!!
Hej. Jak to? Przecież mam ładny akcent. Dużo ludzi to mówi.
This is such a waste of time.... Just use Avery 30 UP. Click print and be done. Damn.
+DC Hobbyist So how would that work on Dymo?
My advice would be to stay away from this printer for FBA purposes UNTIL Amazon supports it officially. Otherwise you're going to spend hours trying to hack this thing.
There's nothing to hack. I showed in the video how easy it is. Works with no problem.
Long
please buy something from our store,,holy crap,,buisnes slow??,,jjk,,sounded desperate,,thnx for video,,
you are so awesome! you solve every problem!
My problem is that I can't get it to print more than 1 label at a time. I use Adobe for mac. It doesn't matter what number I set 'copies', it always only prints 1. Any ideas?
I have no experience with Mac. Maybe ask Adobe for support? Or ask Dymo for support.
Can you use dymo for the outside shipping labels
Of course. They are waterproof to a high degree, but I would recommend securing them with transparent tape if they are going to be exposed to the weather.
I mean size wise. will they work.
larric boyd How am I supposed to know what size you are going to use? Also, why don't you check on Dymo website or google it.
ok
thanks, great video
