I found GPSA and MCC in the weapon room on Labs in the same raid. One of each, on the floor next to the 2 weapon boxes. Got killed coming out of the room. Never found them again :)

Did you not hear this man say "Offline Raid" several times during this video? He can take all the shit he sees, but it's just gonna leave his backpack when he extracts. It's offline. It's practice mode. None of it matters.

i usually find them near the dome in the research area and on the computer tables around there.
I’ve also been able to find a red card in yellow next to the telephone
