Super amazing information! I had a kit for my guinea pigs that came in extremely handy, especially for a hay poke in the eye, very common occurrence with piggies. Usually had an eye cream prescribed by the vet, pain meds, antibiotics, critical care, nail clippers, and a few other things. Thank you for always sharing your knowledge and experience with us! ❤

Thank you, this is great info. To add on to what you said about the Benadryl, yes, talk to your vet. Our vet will give our ferrets a shot of Benadryl prior to giving them an immunization, and they base the dosage on the ferret's weight. Probably not a huge difference going from ferret to ferret, but if you have really big ferrets and really small ferrets, it might make a huge difference. We used to use honey for our ferrets with insulinoma and it worked fine, but our vet had mentioned Karo syrup so we gave that a try and it seems to work faster than honey (even though the honey works pretty quick).
