Hail the High Chief of Germania and King of the Suebi! I love how the battles feel more like one chaotic clash of spears and shield than the organized maneuvers of your Greek Seleucid campaign, very fitting for the germans
i love your playthroughs they very interesting and i learn a lot, got any tips for the Alexander campaign i tried it like 5 times and always get overwhelmed
I think what the barbarian factions lack is a way of portraying ongoing civilising and urbanization. Its logical to think that an expansionist ancient germanic reich would come across some more sophisticated cultures. In game that could include new city models in a more romanesque fashion, with possibly an extended and more thematic technology tree, as in the Germani are copying their subjects in city planning. Armor and army organization copying could be a thing too.
@YiannissB. I 100 percent agree with you here. Conquering Roma and then converting the settlement only to have your nice walls change to a wooden hill fort is not nice.
Hi Summary, could you tell me which keys you use when you drag your troops and then make them turn to the left or right as you can see their formation?
@TWSummary I can't figure out why I missed this video 😅 The answer is at the end of the video, I checked it out, and now I can too manage my armies this way, fantastic! I also checked out your three ROTR live streams and I wonder what happened with that campaign. Did your SubMod got integrated with DEI itself? I really love your interest in historical accuracy regarding the Romans! It gives the game so much more depth 😄👍🏻
Can you make some melee focused armies instead of pikes, the mix makes battles more interesting and pikes was just done in the last campaign. I think you are good enough to start multiple wars just to make the game play more interesting.
Yes I will eventually replace the pike armies with melee only armies once I hit the reforms. And will eventually start multiple wars once my economy is more robust to support a decent amount of troops.
Bro i have a question, my rome 2 is having some problems with dei and i dont know why, the population system doesnt work at all. I tried to uninstall all the mods including dei and reinstalling, and also see if there is any corrupted files but the problem doesnt seem to go. Do you know how to solve this problem? Thanks for any help
@thebodyfighter5498 hey bruh unfortunately I don't know how to fix this try asking in the DEI discord. And post your mod list. Before you do that however, try running only DEI and see if the problem persists.
@@TWSummary ok i know where the bug comes from after uninstalling the game and the mods. it seems thst the legendary empire mods has a bug with the population system dont know why. thanks for help and keep doing these gameplays
I talked about it on discord server but with no response, I checked it and it makes Roma much much weaker. Well, it is some alternative to vanilla DEI experience, I think it makes Roma too weak 😂 I don't know, I speak from my pov. I would really like AI to be more intelligent in Rome 2 🤔 that DEI devs would not need to buff to high hell the Romans
@@banekbanasiewicz6288 The point is that in DEI you have to fight Rome every time, even if you play, for example, Bactria. It's just that the western part of the world map is always occupied by Rome, it's boring.
@@TWSummary I hope I can get a job so I could buy gaming PC and play all the games I wanted.your gameplays are good I enjoy watching especially if you play as Macedonians or Romans those are my 2 favorite factions just love the pike phalanx and seeing enemy crash into them.greetings from Serbia
My man, I was dreaming of getting my own PC since i was 15. I had to wait until my 26, when I could afford a lenovo legion 5 pro. Patience is key. You'll get there.
Love that your focusing on the UI cause immersion vastly improves any game
@@farisabri7209 thanks yea I really like to add minor improvements from time to time.

@@tristanmusa283 it will be more so when I go full melee and phase out the pikes.
I LOVE province optimisation🤑🤑🤑🤑
@@Bantherhandless still early in the campaign but soon enough it will reach absurd levels.

Its even funnier as Scythia conquering Rome and then turning it into a bunch of yurts
I think you should push south and secure you border up to the Danube river
I’m dying for episode 4
