    My question is :
    How often should do this per week ?
    and does this replace or supplement gym

      Like I described in the video, we do the training you saw here in this video and the other training session I linked you guys (first video)

      You could do it twice but I would rather focus on another aspect like top speed or change of directional speed. It really depends on what the athlete needs improvement in.

    2:10 hey there’s nothing wrong with Toyota brakes! They are the most reliable on the market, especially compared to Ferrari’s carbo ceramic brakes that need servicing every month😂 Sorry I’m a car buff and I just felt like I needed to make that joke 😂 Great vid dude, thanks for helping us out and giving us all this information 🐺

    Do you do everything you teach and say like kneesovertoes guy to be explosive and to be in the best football shape you can be or do you just say this and not do it yourself?

      Are you asking if I train like this for myself? I don't play anymore at least not serious so I don't do it as much. I use to do it religiously as I was learning from my mentors and other great coach but now I have different fitness goals. My number one goal now is to train athletes and take their physical side (performance, fitness, etc) to the next level.

    hey coach, you suggest 2-3 day gym training per week is good for development. is it same for hypertrophy phase? because we need more volume for that phase if im not wrong. thank you

      Not if you run a 3-2 day full body program

      Yeah typically if you’re following an upper/lower split or a full body workout it’s 2-3x max. Others days focus on a speed quality development.
      You can use some of my examples in my how to create a program video. These are longer and full gym sessions compared to what you saw in this “Explosive like Haaland Video”

      If you’re doing it back to back it can vary but typically speed then gym in the morning and individual training in the evening
