Do you do everything you teach and say like kneesovertoes guy to be explosive and to be in the best football shape you can be or do you just say this and not do it yourself?

I use to do it religiously as I was learning from my mentors and other great coach but now I have different fitness goals. My number one goal now is to train athletes and take their physical side (performance, fitness, etc) to the next level.

Yeah typically if you’re following an upper/lower split or a full body workout it’s 2-3x max. Others days focus on a speed quality development. You can use some of my examples in my how to create a program video. Not if you run a 3-2 day full body program

I want to ask you guys what should I do first: invidual training, Speed and Gym cuz I don't know in what order would be better
If you’re doing it back to back it can vary but typically speed then gym in the morning and individual training in the evening
