Its great to see you taking iron, iron defficiency is actually not as harmless as you would think, it can lead to anemia, which i get quite often because of it, so seeing you taking care of your iron intake and talking about it is so great!
Agree. See my post on what happened to me. BTW: I was almost 40 years old when diagnosed with severe iron-deficit anemia. Get a CBP if you ever suspect any of your levels are off.

I actually started to watch your shorts which I don't normally do (I'm already a subscriber though) and enjoyed them all. It helps to watch others routines when yours is completely off to help start changing so thank you 🥰 and I think it's better with either 2 vlogs a week or a long one each week but even if your not filming one day it would be interesting if something happens and you could just film that for that day. After the day I had I just wanna say: to anyone who's ever been a victim of hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I was as everybody else I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a real fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

You are totally correct regarding women being iron deficient and its due to our period when we usually lose a significant amount of iron
Hun taking iron without having deficiency can be really dangerous. Please just do some simple blood works admnd see your iron numbers and if you need it. Those mouth cracks could happen because of imune system being weaker. ❤

If you’re going to take iron then it wouldn’t be a bad idea to take it with vitamin c. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Most of our OB patients take iron with orange juice. Check with your healthcare provider if it is safe for you to take supplements, especially if you’re on any prescribed medication. Just thought I’d have a little education moment :)

I know this is an old clip, but you should go get some blood work done. I had almost zero iron in my system and I passed out on the pool deck while teaching class. It took me a while of iron infusions and seeing a hematologist monthly to get my levels back to normal. If you think any of your levels are low, please go to your doctor and get a CBP.
