It had potential. The dlc just felt so empty in some areas, which left me thinking there were meant to be more content added in but cut. Like the Hunters' Lodge is a size-ably large room but only has Hammerlock in it. I feel like it needed more NPCs to make it slightly better.
Tales of a Pre-sequel i heard that there was more npcs planned but didn’t really fit in as good as the other dlc exclusive characters like Shade. At first they were going to be rouge tribesmen, then it was going to be Scooter, but he had no reason to be there so that was scrapped. Then moridica was supposed to be on that little second floor and support you out the window but scrapped because it’s basically only 1/3 of the map, and whatever. But that’s just what I think.... I mean heard
