Chip, how bout uploading some Wood-Ye? Some Billy West would be great too, the day he impersonated Nelson Mandela all day was fkn classic. Great post thanks!
Both of these two while funny were so sweet you had to like them. I miss when Bob was genuinely concerned for other addicts and he’d try his best to help people not become what he became.
I remember hearing stern on AM as a kid but never got to appreciate the show as anything but a toddler. Thanks for the uploads. I may hear the Christmas Eve episode I remember still in the future. I'm guessing it was 95 or 96. AM was the only thing here then.
I was born in 89' and grew up on the show as well. My uncle always listened to it and I've heard it in the house to some degree since I was a baby. As I started getting older I started actively listening on my own and I've done so ever since. I don't listen to current episodes but I listen to these old clips everyday. Howard and the show had the most effect on my world view and sense of humor.
That’s good audio. When Joey Boots died. High Pitch Eric was the first one that found the dead body. As much is Eric is a moron and a disgusting human being… it was sad listening to him explain how Joey had OD’d and was cold and dead.
Ah, two angels in heaven singing right now.
