TrueWerk T2 WerkPant Review
Full Video up on my RUclips account! Worn TrueWerk for over 140 days now, and I’ve really liked them. They’re expensive, but very comfortable. They seem to hold up well in a variety of situations, and specifically shine in allowing for great mobility while looking very professional. I think it was Eric Aune at @mechanicalhub who said they’re pretty much like yoga Pants for work (having never worn yoga pants I can’t attest to this), but I think what he meant is that they’re very comfortable... I’d agree. I’ve had issues with pocket clips wearing out the stitching on my left pocket, but only on one set, and I hear they’re working on this. I haven’t been very hard on them, I’m pretty nice to my clothes, but I appreciate how well dust cleans off, and how well the water rolls off of them. Mine are great for hiking, and they handle the Oregon temperatures pretty well! I’d say they run a little tight sizing, but have a little stretch to them as well!
Thsnks for the review! Im ready to ditch my old canvas work pants
Thanks for the input!
Hey there! You said you wear a 32x30 , do they seem to be too short at the end or is it flush with your boot? Thanks again! Awesome review
Was that the T2 fleece hoody? Is so how does it fit? And what size did you get. Sounds like me and you are about the same size
Do they make a lot of noise while you walk? Like the way a heavy winter coat does. Or a windbreaker.
You got me curious; why nothing in your pockets at the search and rescue academy? That goes against pretty much all military, bushcraft, or survival training I've ever had.
How often do u wash them? I just bought a few pairs and was wondering do you wear them for a few days or wash after watch wear? I feel like I can get a few days out of them if not really getting them filthy?
I wonder what those little loops over the belt loops are for? Would this be a good pant for suspenders?
The deal killer for me on these pants is the lack of quality pockets. They just can't match Duluth Tradings Firehose Jean's. I'll stick with my Duluth Tradings jeans.
I definitely like deluth trading pants overall TW are pretty sweet
I’m a plumber as well and I just ordered 4 pairs of the t1 shorts and might be regretting it. Any idea on what pvc glue looks like on them? As is plumbers we know dried glue on jeans looks like other things. Curious if these will hide glue drips.
Yes they hide glue drips fairly well. Just gets darker in that spot
It should be fine i read something on the site that said it’s stain proof
what boots are those?
Do you even kneel down when working in dirt, mud, and grim? Lol I’m a plumbing and heating tech in Montana and I go through clothes like crazy being under trailers, commercial buildings, stuck in blizzards and down pours etc. These pants your showing seem like there to thin and will get destroyed. How well do they hold up?
So this is where I'm a bad tester. First, I don't live in Montana. Second, I almost always have surface pro/kneepads if I'm kneeling, and third I almost always wear a crawlsuit in a crawlspaces. They're super thin (the T3's are thicker, but probably not much). They've held up well for me, but all my clothes hold up well for me. So once again, probably not the best tester. I do enjoy how they handle the rain though, it seems to roll off 'em to some extent, and they dry out super easy in the truck, etc.
I know how that is bro. Basically doing all you can to stay clean and laying on plastic sheeting that gets mud on it anyway. These pants wouldn't last for me. Best pants I've bought were Ariat Rebar jeans. They tend to get hot tho, and are kinda expensive.
What pants are you wearing in MT? I live in Lincoln county and last winter I wore a set of KUHL hot RYDR pants and they work well but are very rigid. Looking for something new..
Did you heard what he said he wears his work pants on his day off Lol
How’s the waterproofing ?
Not waterproof but water resistant and it’s pretty awesome.
The thumbnail made me click the video. The video quality didn’t match the thumbnail.
Agreed. Some people's kids...
It was just a picture of his leg😂
@@rustymacheteplayz it was a nice leg! lol
@@hoosiercarpenter6149 indubitably!
Let's see your review? Oh wait. You don't have one. Typical youtube short dick comment.
If I’m a 33 waist should i get a 32 or 34?
34
u shld lose weight :D
@@jakkp4376 in a year i think I’ve gained weight lol but good advice thanks my guy 🤣
@@Ve88Ga lol..did u get the pants? R they flexible enough?
@@jakkp4376 i did they’re amazing they’ve outlasted my Carhartt pants. I need to get more.
You need to think of what the hell you just said you wear your work pants on your day off? lol
1:27 - Oof. Sorry bro. And thanks for the review .
140 days.. 🤣🤣🤣
Customer service ruins the clothing
Absolutely zero reason to wear your watch that way
Why
Clearly designed by a millennial. No adult male over 50 would ever wear a pair of pants with TWO buttons for the fly. Am I right , Guys Over 50? Yeah, you know why…
I'm 60 and still in pretty good shape (32x36) and I have several pairs of the T2's with the double top buttons, and don't mind them at all..........
