Absolutely beautiful home. Right @ dark floors and keeping clean, I hope people heard you! I love them but will never do it. You can never have too many kitchen cabinets! It’s perfect. If there are a lot of empty cabinets use them for storage as well will household stuff in mini clear containers to keep the aesthetic. Or put the food from the pantry in the kitchen. The point is it’s your space. Continue to make it work for your you and your fam. Tip: tackle hazard projects first, if it’s a cost factor, complete smaller rooms first/ most used rooms first… you got this. I’m in my 5th year and not done 🤭, our timing gurl just enjoy the journey and your family. Congrats 🎉🍾

You can customize this home any way you want to with extra $ . I would have LOVED to put a loft up above the garage because it's honestly such a wasted space, but the cost to make that happen was A LOT. You can definitely talk to your builders or beaver homes designer and see what they will charge you for changes to the plan :) .. and thank you!

Totally random, but my daughters have the hemnes ikea dresser too and theirs is also sloping in the middle. What the heck is the deal with that? Lol.
