You’re right no one would have thought it was your book because it wasn’t ’your’ book. It was a collaboration with Scott Rea and the full title was ‘Ahead of The Game The Catcher And The Rea’?
How could you possibly improve on those recipes and that butchery, Scott is an absolute legend on the butchery scene! He’s an internet sensation with over 291 thousand subscribers and 68 MILLION views of his work. He’s gotten two game awards, published two sellout books (with a third on three way) and has tens of thousands of social media followers! He’s a true game hero who won best game butcher and game hero at the eat game awards last year (beating 4 celebrated tv chefs, one being Jamie Oliver) and he’s been nominated again this year!
Anyway good luck with new book Ahead of The Game The Catcher And The Real Game Hero’s - I look forward to doing a comparison of the recipes and the butchery.
