Great news! If you make a purchase on amazon after clicking a link above, the price wont change and my channel earns a small affiliate commission from amazon. Doesn’t even have to be the item you clicked on either 👍
At this point I’m wondering why aren’t you getting sponsor from the city lol videos r so good
Facts 💯
Yes! They should pay him to do tourism videos for NYC that they could put on RUclips. Then maybe Cash could buy/rent a bigger place near a park for his family.
Word!
I want him to find me a better apartment but he never gets back to me
I like seeing how excited listing agents are happy to work with Cash. 🤷🏼♀️I mean c’mon he’s the best on YT!
This is one of the best apartments so far. Real walk-in closets, standing shower AND full tub (soaking in the bath is under appreciated these days), laundry without sacrificing storage, great natural light, and rooftop lounge. 10 minute subway ride from mid-town, and it looks as if it’s pretty close to the NYC ferry (10 minute ferry ride to midtown, with drinks!) This place has it all.
I wish you would show apartments that we can actually, possibly have access to.
@@sherrilynn33 exactly
The amount of water is just horrible but we pay a lot in green taxes for water in Denmark so I wouldn’t use it much.
Great apartment! Love the use of Murphy bed in the second bedroom to allow the room to be used as a study or office or whatever, while not blocking the whole room with a bed all day. Fab.
Cash: "Long Island is not lacking in essentials "
*names off liquer store, wine bar, and Irish pub*
good thing you mention it. we would have missed that part.
Lol....that was thought as well. He is just too funny.
Hey! The essentials MATTER! 🤣
Dee McGee, the area is called Long Island CITY, it's nowhere near Long Island (which is in the NY suburbs), LIC is right across the 59th Street Bridge from Manhattan and in the borough of Queens. LIC and Astoria were hidden gems, now the wealthy have discovered these neighborhoods.
A SINK SPRAYER and a LAUNDRY!! I love it!!
The word to describe this absolutely perfect place hasn't been invented yet!!!!! Storage, storage, storage!!! This place got everything right and those views.....one can only dream. Love the neighborhood! Luv ya Cash 💚
At first, when he showed the area on his phone, I thought it was the Bronx, like Kingsbridge/Jerome Park area. I thought, “There’s no WAY you can get that far north in 10 minutes!”
Then I saw it was LIC & I felt kinda dumb🤣
@@goldenageofdinosaurs7192 it's beautiful don't you think?
I LOVE the room with the Murphy bed! The prior owner either loved books or was selling their ETSY stuff from the apt. The bathrooms are fantastic, love the kitchen, and the bidet!!!
This would be a great place to have!! I am trying to figure out what the secret door was. It was either the Murphy bed or the medicine closet.?.?.?.?
Cant wait for your merch!!
Just for you, he’ll keep the door a secret.
That was the secret door to your mind where you ponder your life while sitting on the throne in your castle where you are probably the master of your domain. Or at least your vlog machine.
Cash, I think this is the best condo/apartment you've shown yet! What's not to love? Tons of storage, beautiful kitchen with sink sprayer, first-class amenities, medicine closet and bidet in the bathroom, and a million-dollar view...amazing! Even though I have no desire to live in NYC at this point in my life, this apartment could make me change my mind!
I live in Ca.❤️ but I really love your New York videos. I’m also very impressed with how much your viewers love you. I’ve noticed a lot of suggestions from people wanting to support you in Bussiness and also love and support for your family. That’s pretty rare. How sweet!
Thanks!!
It's always great to see how ecstatic you get about a sink sprayer and medicine cabinet! Happy Friday and have a great weekend!
So much storage everywhere in that apartment! They really took into consideration how important that is. Great job on the video Cash, especially the neighborhood tour.
I HAVE seen every video. I can confirm- this apt has the most storage, by a long shot!
Thank you!
Good morning Cash & family! I love this apartment...from the kitchen to the balcony to the fact that it has its own washer/dryer (I will not share a washer or dryer. Will never happen LOL!).
I won’t share one either!
Thanks for letting me tag along.
You do such a great job, showing the neighborhood and local businesses in addition to the property of the day, I always have a good time.
Locked out again! Lol, THAT´s a Cash Jordan serial!
Good Morning All,
Duncan donuts wants to talk to you about sponsorship. They're willing to pay you "Hush Money" to get you to cease & decist all negative campaigning against their franchise.
FREE coffee for life.
On a serious note, I tip my hat to the landlord. He/She thought of every amenity & convenience a tenant would desire. Washer/dryer in unit, an abundance of closet/storage space, spacious rooms, modern kitchen, loads of natural light etc...
This is what a thoughtful & compassionate landlord looks like. Inspiration for all the rest. This should be the National Standard of Excellence.
I think a class action suit has been filed against Cash on behalf of Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Subway, Chipotle and T-Mobile. Maybe a grant from the city could offset any settlement agreement.
@@majorcynic what about freedom of speech???
If anything dunkin should pay him under the table for giving out all the locations in the city for free.
Sometimes negative attention is viewed as better than no attention at all. Some may try Dunkin coffee to see if it's really that bad - and find that they like it.
@@Bobrogers99 and thanks to Cash they know where to find one lol
Wish I had seen this one before I moved to Arizona. That kitchen rocks! And I'd have a place for all my books. Could also use the empty shelves for hiding places for my cats. Excellent space!
😺😸😼👀
U got a million dollars?
Woohoo, first! Have a blessed day. Wow, super apartment. The views are great. Love Murphy beds, don't know if they are comfortable though. Closets are great and kitchen is awww.
Murphy beds are great - I had one for many years & loved it!
Whoop, Whoop, this is a great apartment and I would surely add the cabana and storage to the purchase. Parking garage as well with lots of storage and a sink-sprayer and medicine cabinet. Looks like a great deal to me for anyone living in "Dollar-land". Great video Cash!
Really nice apartment and *great* views. If I had that kind of deep pockets to afford the place I would use that first bedroom as a den/guestroom. All that shelving is just calling out for tons of books and knick-knacks and a shrine or two to your choice of gods, and a home office, but not very conducive for sleeping for me.
This is one of the first places I've seen that makes me wish I had the money to buy the place and move there.
Good morning you always make me laugh first thing in the morning. Great stuff
Fabulous apartment. Love everything.
love this place ! can't beat the view or the storage! Not a bad price either, headed off to buy a powerball tic now......
Wow, some serious storage going on there, great stuff! You can never have enough (if you're female) and the kitchen is also great. Terrific views, I've seen more of NY via your videos than any other on YT and I just love your reviews of the shops and pubs etc (thought they were called bars over there, here in UK we usually say pubs). I don't always understand what the food is about but its an education! Have a great weekend, hope some family time for you.
How could anyone not love this fabulous listing, Cash?!! Long Island City is a really interesting neighbourhood, and I am new to getting to know more about that area. I like what it offers. It is so close to Manhattan yet must cost a bit less. I was thrilled with how much there is to do, and the great choices for restaurants! Canada doesn't have Bare Burgers but I have heard they are terrific! Hey the Murphy Bed is so cool! The suite for sale is gorgeous. And I am blown away with the amenities. The lay out makes the suite lovely and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great! LOVE that kitchen and appliances and being able to add chairs and have a breakfast area to sit and have a coffee and breakfast!! Fab listing Cash!! I think the price isn't bad at all!! So cool! The guy who has the listing was really nice, too! Your rock! :-)
It figures the first time the agent gets locked out he's with Cash! 😂
Right - Cash is a multi time winner in the lock out sweepstakes
I though the same thing! 😂😂 welp @ least they didn’t have to scape over a wall or over a locked gate.
Lol
@@maggieb4416 or get locked on a roof and have to call an employee to come rescue you.

I can tell by even just watching the highlights at the beginning that this one will be beautiful and in a prime location. Now to watch the rest of the video!
You jinxed the leasing agent getting locked out!
Always a pleasure to watch your channel. Great apartment. A little dark inside. Beautiful view. Love the channel. GM from Texas
The view and the lighting are amazing!
I would let be here( out of my current price range); everything I would embrace
Long Island City certainly seems to be THE place to live. The older area has lots of restaurants and bars, and it's close to a nice park on the river. The building is great; it has every amenity but a pool. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The second bedroom looks more like an office, so it would be the perfect apartment for a professional or a couple. The price is high, though.
Awesome place and you are in top form in this one! Cash. Favorite reference was regarding bidet and how to spend your Friday night alone. Cracked me up!
LIC has always had great views. For so much of it's history it's been a blue collar area. VIEWS are gorgeous and always have been.
love this place, nice lighting, great location
3 minutes wow these notifications have gotten so much better
There's no closed caption on this video, so I had to wait a few hours before I could watch. I survived. :-) That's an incredible amount of storage AND a Bosch dishwasher!
This is one of your best ones. So much great energy. 👍👍👍👍
Geezus the place is gorgeous but C'MON those rooftop views!!! Just perfect, thanks Cash!! 👍💕😎
Nice, quaint little neighborhood! Nice views! Fantastic kitchen! The sink sprayer should definitely be listed at the top above the door man! Priorities! 😁 Great video ☺️
new video!! watching your videos motivates me cause i wanna stay in new york when i get older.
Such an epic view! I can’t wait to escape Texas and move to NYC after I graduate 🥰
Annastasia Kohen, better save up or have parents with very deep pockets, there are also $2-3 million dollar apartments now going up in Long Island City and Astoria. Basically, there are no longer any affordable places to buy in any NYC borough with Manhattan skyline views. Why live in 'the city' when you can look at it from your apartment in Queens or Brooklyn?! The best of both worlds: a Manhattan skyline and fast subway access into 'the city'.
I enjoy watching your adventures (such a colorful city) getting to the apartments and all the people who recognize you, smile and say hi, get pictures with you....great videos each day.
Finally a Murphy bed
Yaayyyyy. I have been waiting for you
In the morning when I get up I check out the news and the next thing I do is check out you! I love watching you you will take me from a depressed news cycle to a happy go lucky day thank you so much for what you do! And I get to see an apartment too!
😅😊🤣😂😁🤭
Your videos always make me smile. 😄
Wow wow wow what a fantastic apartment.... What a great view from the rooftop....
Hey Cash I live on the other side of the World.. I always wanted to visit New York and might never be able to afford, but your videos give me the most realistic idea what is like to live there! Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Astonishing: heart o the city with funk, storage and the building's beautiful concierge...
My daughter's dream is an alcove studio in a luxury LIC apartment building. Anything less makes no sense when she can continue living rent free in Queens with us!!! 🤗
I miss living by the water. In my college years, i lived pretty close to the beach. The university wasn't too far from it too. Memories... Loved the views and apartment. I'd snatch it up in heartbeat if i could afford it lol.
I hear you. Moved to PA from LI and went to college on the beach in Beverly MA.
: that checks out! Black Star coffee shop is addictive!! So, so good!
I'm watching from London.
That neighbourhood looks great fun.
I'd love to live there!
I doubt I'll ever live in New York but your channel is addicting! Love your personality and wit!
God help me, I'm addicted to your videos.
What a place -- LOVE IT!!!
Cash, the apartments you been featuring lately have been awesome.
Yes Cash I totally think you should buy this place. The perfect home for your lovely family.
Totally I just hate the price tag
This is the apartment building and unit of one’s dreams. Love it!
Hello cash. Another great video. 🇮🇪💚🍀
Holy Moly, this place is AMAZING! Cashmeter: 9.75/10 (cuz no place is perfect) 🤗😜❤️️
That kitchen island and fancy appliances are good enough for me
Awesome foodie hood! SAFE too! SUCH a nice apt.!
Wow! This is a nice one! When I'm a millionaire and I need an apartment in NYC, I will definitely look you up!
That's a nice apt THAT;s FER SURE !!! Nice bedrooms . THAT's FER SURE! Nice view THAT;s FER SURE.
Wow---this is one nice apt. Nice standing shower ---and omg, a bidet! A LOT of shelves going on, in a way almost excessive as in the smaller bedroom w/the Murphy bed. The closet near entrance has so much shelving---how do you hang coats, etc.? Kitchen is fab. Shame there is no balcony considering the view (and the price). The scaffolding is a big turn-off---wonder how long that will be up? What's with the agent lurking around? Had to laugh when he (and you) got locked out! Nice neighborhood vibes---I enjoyed your tour (as usual).
Not seen a place with so much storage . It’s a great home . Cheers Cash , enjoy the rest of your day
Loving this apartment 💕
Cash, this A PLUS....Wowoowie the views alone, yikes!!! Excellent apartment.
Yes,its nice to see how the other side lives. But,you can't go wrong with cozy, quaint,& affordable!
I got to hang out down there while I was in town. That area has changed a TON since I worked down there over 10 years ago.
Erik Martinez, you got that right. Most of the people moving to LIC wouldn't have dared walked those streets pre-gentrification and the $1+ million high-rises which seem to be going up all over the waterfront. LIC was industrial and scary, very similar to Soho in the 1970s. I have to wonder, who is buying these $1-2-3 million dollar LIC apartments? Surely not the original working class residents.
This is one of the nicest apts you've shown.
This is my “every day” area teaching piano and wish that I bumped into Cash filming! LIC might be the best area to live - Great video!
Dayuummm I’ve never been this early before. Hey Cash! 👋🏻
LOVE this one!! Beautiful place 💜
I remember the days, standing on the East River ,looking over to LIC and the famous Pepsi-Cola sign and I used to say to myself, why don't they develop LIC. It has terrific views of Manhattan. Back in the day, it was horrible. I remember that fat-rendering plant, which has since closed down, and the fowl odors coming from that plant. I was living on East 51st between 1st & 2nd Ave, and that smell would knock your socks off. Well, it's come a long way from those days. Now you can buy an apt with a medicine closet...............lol !! Great tour, thank you so much Cash!
One day you will be able to afford it Cash. Keep up the hard work and it will payoff for your family and you. That part of NYC is very interesting. Nice apartment. 🤞
Ok that place is truly spectacular!!!❤❤
Contractor - "How much storage do you need?"
Owner - "Yes"
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Thank YOU for making me laugh with your comment!
When he said the price, I literally choked on my coffee. That much money will get you a 6 bedroom , 7 bathroom, 3 story home with a 4 car garage and about an acre of landscaped yard. ROTFLOL‼️‼️💯💯
But "Cash" will never come to visit your place. Weigh that option.
@@SoundJudgment I’m sure I’ll run into Cash someday when I’m in NYC shooting BRoll for a documentary. I’ll make my cameraman carry a sink sprayer in his bag 🤪🤣🤣🤣
Cash is the best. Congrats on 169k. Still looking for you in NYC but my visit is ending. It was great seeing stores/restaurants/apartments that you have shown....
Dang. The View. Damn. It's perfect!!
Cash...you have out done yourself on this one. It is lovely apt.
This apartment is super nice with amazing views😍😍😍. Private cabana is worth the extra $$$
I love this apartment! The storage is amazing 😮
WoW!! That place is awesome!!!
I love the library! I have a ton of books.
This is my dream NYC apartment. It has everything I desire in a unit, including a human-sized kitchen!
Like before I watch a Cash video! 👍🏼👀
always! and like all comments for algorithm too
Wow..amazing storage.
Oh what money can buy...stunning apartment thanks for sharing
I don't know but there's something about all the open storage in the first room that gives me anxiety lol! I do love the tour you give us of the surrounding area.
Love the apartment, Fantastic storage! I'm only a couple of hundred thousand dollars short... or more of the selling cost...lol!😜😊
I’d rent that place off the storage and the bidet alone! Bidets are underrated and I wish they were more common in the US. Buying a Tushy saved our butts (literally!) last year HAHAHA.
That slim vent is all i needed to see.
Beautiful apartment. But, when it comes to this type of money it's always a question of; "house with land vs this" and "But, what is the monthly maintenance?"
Happy Friday guys .
This is great. It should be gone quickly. Thanks for the chuckles. I wish I was young and rich. Love it. Best one so far 🤩
AngelasJoys, "Gone quickly"? But sadly, the place will not be sold to anyone originally from the Long Island City neighborhood. Gentrification doesn't always work for everyone.
1.2 MM seems like a steal for that quieter area, next to the water, gorgeous backdrop to ANY selfies, a well proportioned apartment with all new finishes, and ALL THOSE DANG AMENITIES! Complete steal!👍
Christine Agnew, what amenities? A *steal* ? A washer/dryer? An on premises gym is expected at those prices. Sometimes I wonder if most of the people posting are trolling or do we now live in a world of millionaires, while most native New Yorkers witness homelessness every day. There's a $50,000 charge for the cabana and in co-ops/condos the garage usually isn't part of the actual price, there's also the monthly maintenance fee, which is perpetual, then there are all the people you have to tip at Christmas. Why such a huge lobby, who spends much time in their building's lobby? My BFF lived in a Manhattan condo, where each floors wide hallways were larger than the width of her one bedroom apartment. She paid $250,000, then sold the apartment for $1 million, I can only imagine what those apartments now cost. Last I heard, celebrities live in that same building and one very notorious politician.
@@VladDImpala Sorry to upset Vlad. Seemed good by comparison to other things out there. I liked it, but could never ever afford it myself. Yes homelessness seems to be everywhere. I work very hard to ensure my family isn't. Having said all that, still seems a beautiful place. Not trolling, and thank you for your perspective and eye opener.
@@christineagnew7372 You didn't upset me. My point was, many working class and lower middle class NYC neighborhoods are now featuring these similar luxury apartments. What about the people who actually keep NYC running? The waitresses, waiters, maintenance people, nannies, maids, cabbies, retail workers etc, where do they get to live? They certainly don't earn living wages, middle-aged adults needing roommates should never be the norm. Not everyone in NYC is a well-paid professional who can easily afford outrageous rents and $1-2mill+ co-ops on the Brooklyn & Queens waterfronts. I can't believe anyone with a low-wage job would think this place was "affordable". I was lucky, I stayed in my old neighborhood, I was then able to buy low in what is now considered an extremely desirable area. I have a large apartment with Manhattan skyline views. I might not have the amenities of this place, but I don't need them. A friend, also from the neighborhood, got a similar deal, he paid $40,000! I realize, not everyone was savvy enough to buy in these now desirable areas when they were still somewhat dangerous/sketchy. Many of these areas weren't desirable at all, especially to non-New Yorkers. Parts of LIC and Brooklyn were extremely dangerous. Rest assured, before those residential glass towers went up on the waterfront, the rich flyovers and trust funders would't have dared walk through those same areas of LIC. It would be great if some people actually knew the history of the neighborhoods they now live in. Guess they need to step away from their cells for a few minutes.
Cash! Do you think you can make another video similar to your 2020 advice for college grads moving in?
From what I heard prices have shot back up this summer, would be very interesting to hear what you think as far as now and in the next 3-4 months. Thanks!
Yeah I should update that
