Great review! I went with the Parsec and I have been really happy with it. I wear glasses and it just took a few attempts to get used to placing the viewfinder in the right spot. Now I don’t even think about it. Thanks for the pro tip on the haptic feedback, I am going to have to try that feature out next round.
Great information Ryan! I love the depth of the review and it will definitely help me make an informed purchasing decision if I need to replace my current range finder
Thanks! I had not heard of the MVP Parsec Rangefinder. Prior to buying a disc golf range finder, I was looking at the Bushnell Edge and the Infinite Apex NF600. I landed on the Infinite Apex NF600 clone on Amazon (the REVASRI NF1500), which saved $30 dollars and included a better case.
@@localdiscgolf From what I understand the MVP Parsec, Infinite Apex, and the Atlas Scout may all be manufactured by REVASRI. I have read that their internals are identical. However, the MVP Parsec includes the rechargeable feature. Otherwise the remaining three, appear physically identical. Love to see you verify the water cooler talk. 🙂
Very nice comparison. Would have been nice to see them in use, the viewing area, all the thing you talked about it doing... instead I wasted 8 minutes watching your face
🤣 best comment yet!!! …trying to film the viewfinder on a rangefinder proved to be tremendously difficult. I tried, but need a different lens. Appreciate you sticking around for 8 minutes tho! 👊

In my tests, it wasn’t flawless, but definitely nice to have the reassurance that you’ve hit your target!
Thank you for putting your time into this. It is helpful for me and my customers. 😊
Awesome? Glad we could help!

I’ll have to look into that one!

I use a Leapold hunting range finder so if I want to throw 600 yds ( 1800 feet ) I am well prepared hahaha
“If I want to throw 600 yards…” 🤣
Can anybody refer me a link where to buy the edge battery cover cap please?
I’ll see what I can find for you
@@localdiscgolf please don’t forget
Does the EDGE fit inside the Parsec's case?
Great question!! I’ll see if I can get you an answer
@@localdiscgolf thanks! any update? :)
@@eashotts I’ve gotta meet up with the guy that lent us the Edge. I still have the Parsec case, just need the edge! Hope to see him soon.
@@eashotts finally got a chance to check, and it does fit!
my apologies but that was a very bouncy video. i might be the only one that was distracted by this.
No need to apologize! 👍
Do you mean transitions or the actual footage?
