    Training. First, the dough is prepared. Sugar, warm milk and yeast are mixed, covered and left for 5-10 minutes to activate the yeast. Then other products are added to the active yeast and a very soft dough is kneaded. Add flour little by little while kneading the dough. The finished dough ferments for about 1 hour until it swells.
    Divide the fermented dough into logs, you can use the desired filling. I used boiled condensed milk.
    After it is ready, it is fermented again for 30 minutes.
    Cooked in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.

    For dough
    ✔ sugar 120 gr
    ✔ warm milk 250 ml
    ✔ 1 teaspoon full yeast
