    On Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays I'll fly the G700 and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I'll fly the 10X.

    I work on both Falcons and Gulfstreams. I must say, Dassault makes a much better product for several reasons: they’re willing to invest in research and development of cutting edge materials, design and technology; they’re craftsmanship and construction has maintenance in mind and their manuals are far ahead of any other manufacturers. Their pedigree is of fighter jets DNA. Let me make one thing clear: Dassault is a software company first and foremost and their onboard computers and operating software is off the charts; a Falcon power to weight ration is much better than the competition and a Falcon coefficient of drag lower is much lower which translates to better fuel efficiency and burn. Their wing design and articulation allows for shorter takeoff and landings which enables the client a broader range of airports to choose from; turn around times for scheduled maintenance are much lower. Truth is, I just can’t say the same for Gulfstream, but…..you do as you see fit

    Dassault over Gulfstream hands down! Nothing compares to Dassault’s Digital Flight Control System.

    When it comes to servicing or repairs on a global level Gulfstream is probably better established then Dassault.

    I'd choose Gulfstream every time! Better looking interior design and it's also made in America. I'm certain that French nationals would also lean towards the Dassault for the very same reason. Both look great and are well built, but it's all about personal preference!

      I'm sorry. The Dassault interior looks infinitly better than the Gulfstream. The Gulfstream interiors are so dull now. And I'm saying this as an American!

    The G700 is far ahead of the Falcon 10X production and certification wise. Both companies make the best corporate aircraft and both easily eclipse the Global in quality. The 10X is looking at 2025 and the G700 later this year.

    Just out of curiosity. Why is the Dassault 10x doesn’t sit level on the runway? Is it’s forward pitch stance due to short front landing gear, or something else?

      The design is to eliminate lift generated by the wing. At landing a negative angle of attack allows to transfer the weight to the wheels faster for better breaking at shorter distances. Hope this helps

    To be honest I’m a GulfStream fan but that Falcon has got me considering, that design with the flight control system is outstanding no doubt and because of that the Falcon is it for me 10x🛩

      I am with you, but I just don't know about how well those chairs would convert to beds. Maybe I missed it, but I would assume that the 10x has a "Crew Rest".

    I’m a a Falcon fan. The light control harmony is superior to any Gulfstream Jets. Falcon 10X wins in my book every time.

    its wider-which adds to the lux by far-very low cabin pressure- as fast - more advanced proven tech- similar landing abilities- all G700 has is branding going for it - it seems crystal clear to me

      Wider doesn’t mean as much in the cabin as u might think. But a wider cabin does burn more fuel. So the falcon carries more fuel than the G700, but has the same range. The falcon is about 8000 lbs heavier at max take off weight. What u will see in day to day operations is that the G700 will fly higher, sooner. Will fly faster sooner and probably do city pairs much quicker and cheaper. I remember when the Global express was the competitor to the G5, with same range and same speed with a wider cabin. But anything over 9 hrs, they would have to slow down to save fuel, usually fly at M82, while we continued at M85. This is going to be the same with the falcon.

      Thank you very much for that explanation. I also made my decision G7 is going to be one aircraft I am going to be using but I will purchase the X10 for my business partners and family members who may like X10.
      But I am Loyal General Dynamics/Gulfstream family member for Life because they gfted me and my daughter Mary Midori the second G7 Aircraft they made.
      They always take very good care of the people who works them, past and present.
      Also they take very good care of the Customers. They treat Customers like family members.

    For jets of that size I look for width, length ,range and comfort so to me falcon 10x takes it, and they say the interior and layout can be changed as well

      @@fanman71 Well technically yes because Cessna buys back the old Citation X and overhauls the engines, refurbish the interior, upgrades the avionics, repaint exterior, inspects airframe, adds winglets then sells them as Citation X Elite for $6.5 million.
