Except when he was talking about driving high, lol. Obviously, driving on either weed or alcohol isn't a good idea at all. His argument kind of went down the shitter at that point 😂
I live in the district of columbia, it is legal to grow possess and consume cannabis at home, and we have easy to use dispensaries, no doctor needed to get the card. It has been this way for 10 years, crime has not shot up, and the sky did not fall. Alcohol is the biggest drug problem in our community and causes the most crime.

I think he was on 1991 Episode of Season 3 too when he arrested the Prostitute for her lay her hand on him and he yelled "Get Off of Me, lady" and she went "I'm going to bite you" while she sat in the front seat of his patrol car

Legalizing weed sure freed up a lot of nuisance cases in the court system..so now maybe the police can be more proactive with alcohol that's the biggest problem in Vegas there's so many drunken driving here it's insane you can just drive around and see people swerving from lane to lane constantly it's a real problem...

I drove through there about 20 years ago and the traffic was horrendous. I could only find some "cheap" Motel to stay overnight that was out of the city proper i never went that route again!l
Guy shot his kid in the leg with a negligent discharge because he didn't follow all 4 of the primary gun safety rules 1) always assume a gun is loaded 2) keep your finger off the trigger until your ready to shoot 3) keep the gun pointed in the safest possible direction 4) know your target and beyond, He didn't clear the gun he just assumed it wasn't loaded because it didn't have a magazine in it, he had it pointed at his son's leg and he pulled the trigger and the biggest goof up was alcohol and guns don't mix.
