Beautiful video. We love B2 and always stay at the St Regis. Looking forward to our 4th visit in Oct. Oct is a great time to go, no humidity, slight breeze at night, perfect weather. It's absolutely stunning paradise.
Thanks so much for your support. It was a wonderful holiday and we are happy to share it. I love making these vlogs. Enjoy your 4th visit. We are on a cruise in a month to the Caribbean. @@nkinsocal enjoy your cruise. We'll be cruising the Caribbean in Dec, we go every Christmas since my mom passed. What cruise line and ports? I'll be sure to check out your videos. Have a delicious Dirty Banana.
@@tiffanyriley3162 Please note for your stay in October in French-Polynesia: No humidity is not correct - you will have in October also 75-78% humidity, but easier to handle with, because it is the last month of our South Pacific winter (=dry season with nearly no rain) and there is still a light windbreeze in October. Best time for travelling to French-Polynesia is from May to September, humidity between 72-75%, steady windbreeze and no rain (except thunderstorms, which can always be possible year round). And you have chance for whale watching (June to September), when humpback whale mummies pass by with their new born babies between islands of Tahiti and Moorea. Greetings from island Moorea (sister island of Tahiti) in French-Polynesia 🌴 🏖 😎 🇵🇫 🇫🇷 🇪🇺
@@tiffanyriley3162Sorry, but believe me, I know the climate in French-Polynesia, because I live here. The climate is tropical and humid. I assume, you might think, our humidity (air) means precipitation (rain). But that's not the same. Here to explain our humidity: Humidity is the concentration of water vapor present in the air. Water vapor, the gaseous state of water, is generally invisible to the human eye. And here to explain our precipitation: It is any product of condensation of atmospheric water vapor that falls from clouds due to gravitational pull. The main forms of our precipitation include drizzle and rain. Very seldom, but it happens, we even have hail - last time 7 November 2023 on lagoon island Haraiki due to a meteorological phenomenon in South Pacific. So, we have humidity all year round - south pacific summer higher humidity percentage grades plus additional rain and less wind; south pacific winter lower humidity percentage grades with almost no rain and steady wind. You might not feel humidity when staying in A/C cooled areas in hotel resorts or having fans all around. But just go out in nature (not only water activities) and leave comfort zone in hotel resorts, for example hiking in volcano mountains or just strolling around outside in local areas with less wind, you will feel humidity on your body. I hope, this overall information about climate in French-Polynesia is helpful. And I wish you a wonderful stay in our beloved French-Polynesia. 🌴🏖😎🇵🇫🇫🇷🇪🇺
@all interested to visit French-Polynesia: Best time for holiday is pacific winter (April to October) - there we have dry season with less rain and lower humidity than in pacific summer, which means rain season (November to March), sometimes thunderstorms and even cyclone risk. Note: Average humidity in pacific summer is 77-80%, in pacific winter 65-72%. If you intend to see whales with their babies, best time is from July to September, sometimes still in October. Note, whale watching excursions are officially only allowed starting in August. And best spot for whale watching is island of Moorea, because most of whales pass by between Moorea and Tahiti. Greetings from Moorea (sister island of Tahiti) in French-Polynesia 🌴 🏖 😎 🇵🇫 🇫🇷 🇪🇺
Enjoyed your tour!... IC Thalasso and Le Meridian that has been closed for the last few years are the only resorts we haven't been to in Bora Bora... We were just there for our 7th time (6th in the last 4 years) for New Years and can't wait to go back!
@@nkinsocal We're addicted to Bora Bora and I guess RUclips knows it... Pretty much that's all I see on my suggested videos and that's how I came across your video...
Great video, I have a question for you, you said that lunch was the only meal you had to pay for, is there a meal package you can purchase or was that offered to you when you booked the trip. Did you pack the rum in your suitcase in L.A. and it’s allowed? Thanks for all the info.
Thanks so much for subscribing and watching. Happy to answer questions. Lunch was the only meal we didn’t have included. Our package we bought on Expedia included breakfast Buffett and dinner each night. We did pack the rum and vodka in suitcase in LA - it’s allowed. Please feel free to ask any other questions! 😃
@@nkinsocal I know food and drinks are expensive, but what’s the average cost for dinners there, and did you have a limited menu for dinner and was it at certain restaurants?

Haha! I made a mention of it in a vlog. The closest the resort had was a boisterous billiards table environment during the 9pm happy hour. We made it Eden East! Haha. Thanks for watching and the support.
All in around 12k with food, drinks, airfare and hotel. We used Expedia after comparing travel agents and Costco. We didn’t want to island / hotel hop. We wanted to be in an overwater bungalow at the same 5 star hotel for the entire week. Relaxation! Thanks for watching and staying subscribed.
