She's not doing a Cheng. She's doing a LO double-double timer OVER the table. She should be given a zero (or 2.00 off, the wording's vague now) for missing her hand, and maximum amplitude deductions because since it's not a block, she just goes straight downward.
No it’s a Cheng. But it’s really bad technique. Both hands hit the table but since she starts to twist early she tends like take one hand off. If you see them now tbag are way better

agreed. which sucks becasue I've seen it in training and she can block, amazingly. enough to 2.5 off the table with more than enough rotation
