This is going to be something the whole family will love...The Tigger Movie was one of my favorite films as a kid I remember watching it a million times on vhs (Tigger was always my favorite character) it prob won’t be a “summer blockbuster” but it doesn’t need be. It will be a touching and sweet look back at our childhoods

Deric Kennedy I think this has potential to be this year's Greatest Showman. And by that I mean a big family film that people go back to see over and over. I remember Greatest Showman being that last year and people singing the songs. I think Robin has a chance to top it.

I know that I am showing my age, I remember Pooh & Friends, animated series with all original voices like Pooh's voiced by Sterling Holloway. He voiced Pooh from 1966 to 1977. Then another man named Hal Smith did the voice short stint. Current voice, Jim Cummings has done since 1988. Plus Jim is doing double duty too. He is also voiced Tigger since 1989. You can view the classic cartoon of Pooh & Friends. ***Note, there is a 26 year old man named Brian Hull can do Pooh & Tigger. He currently doing voice acting for some shows. I think Disney is looking into of his ability because Brian visits both Disneyland & Disney World surprising actors such as Stitch. Brian has a RUclips channel. Check it out! You be amazed!

I'm stoked that Peter Capaldi is voicing Rabbit, but I do hope he's as faithful to the 1960's voice of Rabbit, as Brad Garrett is faithful to the Eeyore voice. Peter's Glaswegian accent is fantastic, but I'd prefer all the character voices to be recreated faithfully to Disney's original vision.

Quite a bit like the 1991 movie, "Hook", by Amblin Entertainment that was directed by Steven Spielberg. That was also a very nostalgic "flick" for me, since I grew up on the classic Disney animated movies and let life get in the way of childhood memories.
I was 10 when the first Winnie the Pooh was released, and added it to my collection of movies when I became a father, which I shared with my children. I'm so looking forward to seeing this movie! I'm hoping that Marc Forster and cast will do a great job taking us back to the days of Christopher Robin and Pooh! (There's so much to be done ... count all the bees in the hive).
This might be a bit before your time, but certainly brings back the days for me ... ruclips.net/video/wQhCNOV5Gnk/видео.html

Your reaction is more heartwarming than the actual trailer. I didn't care for the teaser but this is an improvement. The expanded look at the other characters and immediate conflict of family vs. work obligations helped quite a bit. It looks kind of facile and manipulative. I'm not necessarily above that, though.
