FYI 22H2 doesn't add any new features, or make any system changes, it just enables some things that are already in 21H1
You're putting together good content. It would be more consistent if you ran the benchmarks tools instead of gameplay as others have noted. Running Cinebench, 3DMark, Cyberpunk/Tomb Raider benchmarks tools would show great consistency. Keep up the good work!

As i suspected. Right after updated to 22h2, gaming performance was just awful. Back to 21h2 asap i guess.
How do you get back to 21h2
So 22H2 takes more RAM and more CPU and does not even give you better FPS, I think it would be safe to say that upgrading to 22H2 won't have benefits to gaming experience.

Hey there! thanks for the great video. I got a question though. I have ab integrated GC which surprisingly runs a lot of games smoothly but ofc it's not as good as an actual GC if you know what I mean. Anyways, my question is this: should I keep my 21h2 or should I upgrade to 22h2? I asked this just to know if this will help boost my games a bit(which I know is a stupid idea) but you know when you have an integrated GC every frame counts xD. Also, in terms or performance, should I upgrade to 22h2? I wanna know because last time I upgraded to from 20h to 21h I got a huge dip in performance and you know what the worst oart is? there's no way of revertign back to an older version. the setting that does that function doesn't exist on windows home. fuck! so I'm stuck forever unless I reinstall the whole thing from a flash drive or something.

Sorry, But that can be valid just for a few seconds. The average rate of several minuets in the same scenario clearly indicates Win10 22H2 drops a bit of performance in gaming compared to 21H1.

21h2 looks more stable that 22h2, little bit less use in the cpu, a huge change in the ram usage and fps are kinda the same but in gaming the stability in the system is aslo more important.
Les fps sont les même? ouvre les yeix mdr il y a entre 3 et 75 fps de moins sur le 22h2 mdr et j'ai vérifier avec le mien car je vient juste de l'installer et j'ai aussi perdu beaucoup. Je me retrouve avec les perf d'une 6600XT/6700XT/3060ti avec ma 6900Xt c'est super microsoft toujours ausis moisie. Je suis su rcette vidéo à cause de cela justement car je trouvais cela étrange.

The FPS seem to be completely identical. Thanks for testing, but you are making 22H2 look worse by starting the FPS recording too late, causing this massive difference in FPS AVG at the beginning of each test, making it pointless. Just watch how the FPS AVG difference is much closer at the end compared to the beginning of each game.

@@TechSanjeet I'm not sure you're understanding him. The left side was allowed to begin monitoring the games FPS while at the start screen or some part of the game where the FPS was higher than it would be during actual gameplay. This raised its average FPS value more and more the longer it was being monitored while at this high framerate. That's why the reported FPS on both sides is nearly identical while you are recording but the average FPS is so much higher on the left. If you left the games on the right side to idle in a start screen or anyplace with a framerate higher than it would be during actual gameplay you would see its average FPS number climb higher and higher as well. If you don't understand this then you have no business making videos of this nature.

I have a stuttering issues after updating my windows to 21h2.
Reinstall 20H2 again, do a clean install, never update, sadly update always damages Windows because MS are clueless and dumb. You gotta keep clean installs.
@@snchez2106 i already fixed this issue now. I update the windows to 22h2 but still has stuttering issues. So, i reset my pc. I go to recovery and reset this pc. A lot of my apps and game is gone, but it's fixed stuttering issues and the windows still at 22h2.

Probably Win10 21h2, fps are kinda same actually but the stability is better in Win10 21h2, that's mean less crashing or fps drops issues.

these are not benchmarks, playing the same game on different versions can be VERY inconsistent and different. the way geometry loads in, the way the wind moves. the only way this would actually be a benchmark video is if you used 3DMARK or at least a benchmarking app.
2 to 3 fps drops in 22h2 not major loss
This is probably on good hardware, imagine the loss on older less powerful hardware

Except when using alder lake and raptor lake, where the gains are much, much larger.
@@uzairahmed9857 windows 11 was really meant for far newer hardware, or those that want the latest features. any new platforms and CPUs to come out will always benefit more running on windows 11.

Why do you think it's useless ?
CONSISTENCY is the key - while PLAYING different conditions occur, because even if you're going in the same place something IS different (your character is not moving exactly the same, then wind, light, NPC etc etc), while the benchmark which is PREDEFINED has EXACTLY the SAME conditions every time...

While I'd agree there are upsides for both methods of benchmarking, canned benchmarks don't actually represent actual gameplay... they represent performance in a canned benchmark.

Odd fps hit in Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in 22H2, seems 21H2 is the best one.
Possibly right but test in Tomb Raider is done awfully. If you look at fps they are similar but average fps is bigger because he started counting fps in menu (in menu fps was higher and he was in menu much longer on 21h2 before he loaded actual game - he should always start counting app in actual game not in menu ).
