My husband went to a yard sale and found the 4 set of the colored Pyrex bowls you showed, and the man sold them to him for $15! ☺️

PS, That "Popcorn Party" children's book is considered rather rare. I have seen it sell online for $35/45 dollars.

Okay, I am tuning absolutely green with envy!!!! What an absolutely amazing place - I was ohhing and ahhing at every turn! I would have loved to have been there with you going through each and every nook and cranny of that entire market. Thank you so much for taking us along. I had so much fun seeing so many incredible treasures. That photo you purchased is really remarkable. I have a panoramic photo similar to that when my dad first joined the Army during WWII. It is definitely one of my most coveted photos. I enjoy your channel and always love seeing your lovely home, your innovative ideas and of course, your chickens and other furry critters!

The old photo was so cool! My Papaw worked in the coal mines when he was younger. They took a photo of all the men that worked there, and since the old cameras were on a timer, my Papaw was on both ends.
After they started taking the photo, he ran from one end to the other. LOL

For the metal suitcase, the button with the keyhole under the latch should be able to be pushed up and that will release the latch. All of my older cases have that feature.

Love the store,if your chicken basket is like my it should let you put the handles down so they can stand up .

Liked everything, but especially the military photograph. Nice that it has been saved. I see other people have mentioned the case was used for shoe skates already. My mom also carried her skates to the rink in one when she was a teenager. I still have the white leather skates.

Unless the jadeite cup and saucer is a repro it is Fire King. It's the Alice pattern. Also the jadeite vase and bowl are Fire King. Not all Fire King is marked on the bottom. I used to collect Fire King. I wish I still had it all.

So what did you find in the metal Christmas box? The wire basket I use to blanch tomatos to take the skins off for canning. The pyrex bowl you bought, my mother bought her set like that in 1968. That’s a great find!

You might find a pair of roller skates inside your case...and push down the button with the key on it...take care.

When you were trying to open the case I kept saying " push the button down". Like you could hear me...lol. I had that case and used it to carry my roller skates. My mom used the basket you bought to rinse veggies, you flip the handles down to make feet. Awesome as always!

I would pay $40 for that bowl and I don’t collect Jadeite. I collect bowls. And yes, I have too many but I love them so much. Your hutch collection is gorgeous. Lucky you. Unfortunately when I look at the cane shelves, they look so lovely in the shop būūùût, all I see is a “hard to clean” dust collector, Sorry. Great fun thank you so much.

You are so fortunate to find so many Fairy Lights. I finally had to purchase one through Etsy. I've never seen one in an antique store or a thrift shop in our location. What's with that! : ))

Love the stove. I have a green/cream stove in my kitchen. ,but, mine has art-deco designs. But it looks the same. I love the decals on this. I paid $100 for mine , but, had to go to the next state to get it.The yellow Tupperware are made to hold 1lb of pow'd and brown sugar. I have 3 sets and love them. I have about 500 pc. of Pyrex. .I have 15 sets of bowl, both Cinderella and nesting. my favorites are both the Friendship sets and I have the whole collection of the Dot bowls, very hard to find. Suggestion, if you collect Pyrex, you need to get a little notebook and write down everything you get, pattern, size, numbers, and price paid. It gets harder the more you get.

The primary set of 4 Pyrex, I have.Mine are older, thicker bowls and I just checked my book. I paid $12.50 for my set at Goodwill. 3 ladies followed me around the store, to see if I put them back, my friend and I had to watch the cart at all times. LOL!

Great prices on the hankies. I rarely find them near me at estate sales, or flea markets even, for that little. Glad you got the red metal case...did you figure out how to open it? Curious what was inside. The potato dish is probably a hobbyist piece. My dad used to have a mold and made a bunch back in the day. $47.95 for that antique TV? OMG! What a fabulous piece! I was in Marietta a few weeks ago and didn't know this was there.
