Rushcliffe parkrun 08/06/24

On Saturday 8th June 2024 I went to Rushcliffe Country Park in Nottinghamshire to complete my 134th parkrun and 40th one at a different venue. Rushcliffe parkrun is a well established which began on 6th October 2012 and today's parkrun is their event number 544. I had only finished a 10 mile race only 12 hours before and I was hoping that my legs would hold out. The Rushcliffe course is 2 & a bit laps around the perimeter of the park on gravel paths. I finished the parkrun in a time of 25.33 coming 141st out of 499 parkrunners & 2nd in my age group 65-69 years.
