I learned psalm 23 in one night. God bless you. what i did, is recite it by looking to your left, once to your right, another straight ahead. and pretend your reciting it to another person listening. it works

That is pretty sweet , I'm just curious if he knows the Lord or if he is merely parroting the words? There was no passion from his words , it feels like a spelling bee of biblical scripture and I fear there is a loss of the holy spirit
Hey, Fred! I felt like I had to respond to this, having done Bible Bee for several years myself. Every single other contestant I've met through the Bible Bee (and I've met a lot) does have a personal relationship with the Lord and is inspired to memorize and recite because of that relationship. I am sure it's no different for Anand here. Many people have different ways of reciting, some more passionate, and others more systematic and slow. I know a girl in Bible Bee who recited each word slowly and carefully, and it seemed robotic, but she has a great passion and love for the Lord and is a very encouraging person. The Holy Spirit is definitely at work in this organization - He completely changed my life through it.
This is an unfortunate advantage that shouldn’t have been on the show. He’s autistic and has the abilities to recall anything he’s read or seen. It’s almost unfair to compete against everyone else who’s tried so hard to actually remember the scripture.

Whatever beautiful hoppy has been prevented to enter this kid life, the most important is the satisfaction of his parents who want to see him (no friends boy). Indian parents: hey son, they have new bee show, but it’s bible. We brought the old testament and the new testament. No food till you memorize the whole thing. Hey son, remember friends are evil.
Americans also do this as well not only Indians, I am perfect indian , I know what Americans are back then in old days , there are few of them of like more sophisticated than Indian culture, I think that is 40% of them are like more strict than any country christian people in this world
