This is a pretty open ended answer. You presented a lot of ikhtilaf without giving a conclusion. So if one view is that you can look at a woman you'd potentially like to marry who is wearing what she generally wears around the house, it's cool to see her in a bra and panties? A see through nightgown? A pajama set with short shorts and a tank top? Women (and men) often wear very revealing and immodest things in their homes.
So how many times do we have to show face and hair to the men?!! Because even after face and hair many men doesn't like to marry that girl.. They deny after seeing face and hair! So then he becomes a Non mahram forever right? So isn't that sin to show face hair before marriage in such cases? So what do we do?

What is the approved dalil for seing her hair?

No, he not becomes a mahram at all. Many ulama say just face can be seen. Not hair. It's not common sense Islam but it is following.

Neither hijab nor niqab are mandatory for women. Go look into fatwas by Shabir Ally, Mufi Abu Layth, and Javed Ghamdi.
