That sandwich looked good as well, and love the fried sweet potato! We've never had beef hearts before... but it's cool that you ate it and love it! That may be the best rice and bean dish we’ve ever had. Even the ones we had in Peru that were delicious didn’t have this flavor. And the grilled chicken on top pairs perfectly.
