This seems like a good tutorial of how to use your software, if that was your intended purpose. But it doesn't do a great job of explaining of what exactly a sequence diagram is , step-by-step.
Why are the activation symbols not part of the lifeline? Why aren't the connectors in the palette not being used to automatically connect lifelines? Looks like a nightmare to modify the diagram.
Typically, an activation bar should only extend as far as necessary to indicate the duration of the activity or process it represents. However, in some cases, it may be appropriate to extend the activation bar until the end of the diagram if the process or activity takes place throughout the entire process.
