Our channel is focused on making quality content for adults. However, we aim to always create family-friendly content that is safe for the entire family to watch together.
Our first year together my husband and I started the tradition to add 1 personalized ornament each year to our tree. That first year our tree had 1 lonely ornament, and this year we added our 23rd ornament.
The holidays are hard for me as I don't have much close family. I appreciate your vlogmas more than you know.

One of our favorite traditions is each kid gets an ornament that represents their year. Our daughter is 21 so we've been doing this for awhile. Our kids love putting their ornaments on the tree. Congratulations on your proclamation!

It is amazing how an act of kindness snowballs. I live in a small town in New Zealand and was waiting to pull out into peak hour traffic and would normally have had to wait a while for a break in the traffic when someone stoped and let me in. I was so grateful I made an effort to look out for cars that needed to be let into traffic It feels so good. Now it is common place in my town. All from a few people being considerate.
Bert, Our whole tree is personalized ornaments. And every year, I buy each of my kids a new special ornament. So that when they move out, they will have a good supply of special ornaments from their childhood to start their own Christmas tree.

My family calls our christmas tree the Memories Tree because its FULL of ornaments my brother and I created throughout our school years. Hello from the east coast of the lower 48 in Connecticut!!For xmas in my family growing up every year you got an ornament to either remember a trip or a hobby or anything you were into. My parents did this with all three of us for 18 years. The tree is full of memories and every year when my parents and my older brothers are together the tree brings great stories and laughs! My parents now have 6 grandchildren and the tradition has started with the next generation!

Dec.21 is my birthday turned 44 yesterday, and I'm always so thankful to the Lord above for every year I am blessed to be here with my family. Alaska is absolutely gorgeous, alittle too cold for me, but gorgeous none the less. Such a wonderful honor that the mayor bestowed upon you all. It's well deserved. Your such a beautiful family. Growing up every year my parents got me and my sister a new ornament they had special memories attached. And our tree always contained ornaments that we had made in school or during other craft times. We also have ornaments from places we've visited or lived.

You asked about ornaments for trees and we have a little over 1,000 ornaments, and 3 trees. We have been collecting for over 50 years and buy every single year for our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well so that when they leave home they will have a nice supply to take for their first trees. My family every time we go somewhere on a trip we try and get an ornament to remember that trip by!
It’s summertime in the Southern Hemisphere so yesterday was their summer solstice.
Yeah it was also 42 degrees ans smoke haze from all the bushfires here in australia.
Red sun and all and the temperature was actually 5 degrees celcius or about 10 fahrenheit difference in temperature above the smoke and below it where i live.
Id much rather no bushfires though.
I have ornaments that were my parents, so a couple are over 70 years old. And I have ones I had been collecting for years. My kids are in their 30s, and their grandmom bought them a few every Christmas, and I did the same, so when they got their own homes I gave them theirs! I get them a new special ornament every Christmas and my daughter does the same for me!
My birthday is the 21st. I use to joke to my mom before she passed, i would tell her thanks the shortest day of the year, first day of winter and short girls day!! Im 5'3" lol. Merry CHRISTmas!!❤❤ I love watching your videos!!
Even though we wanted to come to Alaska long before finding your channel, your family has totally changed our perspective of Alaska. Your vlogs make it look even more beautiful & amazing than we thought before. You truly deserve the Family of the Year Award because you put such a positive view on all of Alaska, not just North Pole. We are proud to belong to your group of "Happy Peoples"! We still haven't got to visit, but hope to within the next few years. We have been to all of the Lower 48 states and still need to visit Alaska & Hawaii, but Alaska will hopefully be first & soon!!

Every year we pick a new cross, red ornament, and any place we go special in the year we look for ornament specific to that place.
We also add a picture frame of ourselves doing something significant that year and a picture frame of each person in our family that as gone on to heaven that year.
