I have a building for you to check out , we drove past it today. An old store called 'Buy buy Baby' is abandoned. The address is 7375 W Bell Rd, Peoria, Arizona. Not to far from the Sprouts that got shut down becasue of the health code violation. Off subject , they turned that shut down sprouts into an indoor pickle ball place called 'The Pickleball Space'.
