69% alcohol, but usually perfumes contain alcohol, perfume, and 5% - 20% water. hard to know what the percentage of oil vs. water is.
True we can’t tell but its a good marker for a dense perfume.
Interesting how quickly you became nose blind to this one
Its possibly because i tested the hibiscus versionof the brand before this one and they share the same waxy notes 😁
