I was not wrong originally. After further testing, [BNJ Lord Joker, AO Deadshot, Hawkgirl (Prime)] is the fastest team available with an avg of 7m9s per run.
Re Reupdate (July 2024): I was originally wrong. FP team is the fastest as always. 6m30s runs on avg.

fp batman with max augments is definately faster I reach fight 15 with him in like 9 minutes

My HG prime / Fp Bat / TBWL team with max crit and damage augmented fp bat isnt this fast. Im sure his team with ibistick is faster to fight 15. What’s your build?
