FREESTYLE 80's, wonderful - Stevie B, Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam, TKA, Lisette Melendez, Noel, George LaMond, Judy Torres, Cynthia & Johnny O, did I miss anyone haha. Brought back those memories, thank you my friend :)

Hey, I realize its been a few years since you posted this video here, but i just found it! I thought your musicality was great, and clearly you have an affection for 80s music! Im writing to ask if you would like to talk more about possibly playing synth on 3 full albums of 80s music i am remaking? There are too many details to explain here now, but im offering a big opportunity! I also wanted to know if you might be in or around the east coast area of america? IF you werent, we could work together through the internet somehow. We can discuss all of this if you want to get back to me and talk? Let me know. Thank you.
Thanks for the comment :) East coast of America is far from Europe - I live in Poland. I'm not a professional musician, but I like to make things like that - especially drumming like the 80's. Would you like to create something new together?
@@nachokaina1500 Get the editor for the JD-XI, there's a free one then you can tweak the piano to taste. There are PCM waves, 3 partials for each patch so you can edit quite a bit.
This synth has a sequencer that you can record your ideas. You can also put in external instrument like electric guitar and use FX. I'm not sure that you can save layer of sounds, I didn't try it yet.
I love my JDXi!
Everyone hates on this little synth but I freakin love it and incorporate it into live shows as much as possibly.
Akai fanboys and others hating on Roland😂
Sooo love mine too. Best buy I made in years 💚
So cool. Love that sound. Almost like listening to my old 12 inchers from that time ❤

Killing it buddy, love the beats, and the keys are the dot on the i !!!!
You've done a great job here, especially the drumming.

Totally cool
It's like being back in the 80s but I'm not old enough to remember the 80s. 😐
Yes !
Very nice! ❤️ Does it let you break the drums down into it's different tracks live?
Sounds like a Jellybean remix. Nice!
Miami Sound Machine.

Great work! Did you pass your outputs through a compressor or EQ? Or an effect pedal? Thanks for your reaction. :)
Only synth, no effects:)
@@musicalsundries4330 Thanks for your fast reaction. :) Your JD-Xi seems to sound more "dense" and brighter. What did you use for recording?
Good job dude 👌
Is there any processing done on the drums other than the JD-XI effects? They sound awesome.
It sounds definetely brighter than mine indeed... Weird because this is recorded straight from the outputs.
That was fantastic! Like 59!
Does enyone knows how to get a cool electric piano sound? Like a rhode. I will appreciate the help!
Set Digital 1 or Digital 2 track to the KEYBOARD sounds bank and search for you favorite.
@@musicalsundries4330 i know where they are.. i want to know if they can sound better with some kind of setup or something
@@nachokaina1500 let's play with the knobs ☺️

Does it has a looper? Can you save layers of sounds?

Mantafff
Good luck using that keyboard for anything not uber simplistic …
