Ps, it took me hours searching online to find any substantive info on seronegative lupus. So thanks for this!

regarding the sensitivity to medication, have you ruled out pharmacokinetics? (not suggesting it’s not also the etiology you are positing, could be both of course).. you can get genetic testing for how rapidly you metabolize drugs - if you metabolize them really quickly, it would make sense that you’d have shorter lasting benefit (lower serum concentrations, because it doesn’t stay in your system as long) and much more marked side effects right after taking them. I haven’t had a chance to watch all of your videos yet, just found you - so forgive me if you already spoke to this possibility numerous times or something : P ( On the other hand if you metabolize them really slowly, they can build up and that causes different, but also significant, problems.)

Are you still taking Benlysta? I’m due to start in a few days. Was recently diagnosed with auto immune disease but like you negative ANA. I had Covid last year that turned to long Covid with blood clots and dr says Covid triggered my lupus. I’m a white male which is a rarity for lupus. I found your videos helpful and informative.

I’m still taking Benlysta injection, but only once monthly now.
