- Rodtang Jitmuangnon’s reputation on the global stage continued to grow with another spectacular Muay Thai masterclass at ONE: HERO’S ASCENT. The Thai superstar was quick to assert his dominance in the first round and scored a knockdown when he connected with a big left hand on the ear of Fahdi Khaled. Though the Tunisian got back up, Rodtang continued to pepper his rival with strikes to score a unanimous decision victory.

It's easy to forget Rodtang's incredible defense when he marches his opponents down like he does. Great head movement, sharp teeps, tight guard, powerful clinch.

Not to mention his Vision. It always amazes me how he marches forward so quickly and aggresively, but still sees everything, i.e. Jumping knees, Spinning attacks, teeps, etc..

He dominated that guy...beginning to end. Absolutely dominated him. Guy tried to pretend like he had something, but he knew he was outclassed. Tried to save face and act like a fighter, but spent the whole fight running, as Rodtang chased him from the ring center.
1- This fight was totally won by Khaled, he was the one who managed to land real blows and made his opponent miss at all times.
It was a fight, not a competition of the more that walked forward, pushed and yelled.

When Rodtang sits in the corner the expression on his face say "...eh not bad just another day at the office."
It's like Rodtang doesn't feel pain, crazy how none of those hits seem to register. Fahdi might as well have been having a fight with a wall.
Rodtang just have this anger inside which comes out and turns into a disciplined and powerful combination of kicks and punches.

Fahdi Ragdoll Khaled, there are good fighters that adopt a backwards / sidestepping approach, Fadhi isn't among those fighters he was just abusing the system and ragdolled harder then a Skyrim NPC anytime he could not move backwards quick enough. Only reason it was a good fight was due to Rodtang.

Mate, Jitmuangnon camp is now the best camp in Thailand. They 4 major stadium champions, among them, Kiewpayak and Panpayak, 2 of the best fighters of this generation. The coaches know what they're doing.
