Given the overwhelming interest in the video, I wanted to share some behind-the-scenes details with these beautiful ladies. It's hard to capture everything in just over a minute, but I can assure you it involved a lot of hard work, dedication and fun! I see my classes as a celebration of women every time, and I'm extremely grateful for the trust these amazing women have placed in me as their instructor.
