Introduction to SNAP and Cash Assistance

This webinar provided an overview of cash assistance programs (primarily TANF, with a brief discussion of General Assistance), and SNAP (formerly food stamps). It covered who is eligible, the benefit amount calculations, the application process, and some temporary changes to the programs as a result of COVID-19. It is intended for summer interns and non-specialists in public benefits.
