Man, the discrepancy between how regular these dudes look, how low profile the recording place is, and what an absolute masterpiece the album is, is just astounding. I respect this album even more now, it's been one of my all-time favourites for years now, and I think it is criminally underrated. Big love from Slovenia!

Trust me, this album is going to set the standards for future progressive metal. Everybody, I think we found the right configuration that will succeed Dream Theater. ^^
this is BEST progressive metal band hands down, these guys rival dream theater, circus maximus, darkwater, angra, and vox tempus, if you never heard of any of those last 5 bands, you need to check them out pronto

dude, there are several legitimate syles of bass playing. Flea, Bootsy Collins, Billy Sheehan, all very widely acknowledged as geniuses on the bass, and they all have their own flavour of over-the-top style. plus, it's like you're making your comment in a vaccumn. this is prog music, which has pretty much always emphasized complex, over-the-top playing, interspersed with minimalist stuff. My advice- impress the world with your own abilities instead of running down talented people. talk is cheap.

this is awesome, the musicians are tight. and the vocalist doesn't sound too forced like other prog vocalists.
well i agree that the guitar is very chugg bassed for the verses and stuff but he does do alot of great lead work. and ya best bassist ive ever heard.
