Lexington Horse Park, Where are all the horses?

A treasure to the state of Kentucky with this facility unlike any other in the world. They welcome over 500,000 visitors a year. And they must certainly have seasonal highs and lows. The park was clean and comfortable, but if you are from the north looking for a fun family place to go, I would not plan to go on spring break. The parks spring season begins a week after Chicago School districts spring break is over. The kids had fun, and I do feel the price of admission was worth the $16 for adults $14.00 for Seniors (that's Lollie and Pops price) Military is $8.00 Children $8.00 and 5 and under is free...(Grandudett was free!) even if we didn't see any shows or horses to speak of. I'm glad we didn't write this one off, we will just go in the summer and plan on a full day.
