Hell yeah Magnolia. Absolute perfect length for lunch break 😂. Love the intro and setup in this video. And always appreciate you for leaving tips on how you go about your fights! (Especially Malenia)
@@verified_tinker1818 Thanks, I hope the video was entertaining! I like mages so Frieren was on my radar for a long time but I never noticed how nice the soundtrack was until I left RUclips on autoplay, haha.
You weren't lying when you said I'd enjoy this video xD Great job! If someone saw this video without prior knowledge about the game, I think this would make them want to play it for the first time. I also like how the intro itself contains bits of your playthrough x) The magic knight theme is still cool haha xD I've played sword and magic builds myself, there are so many different possible variations to toy around with.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, I really focused on entertainment first so I'm happy to hear that the intent came through! I did the intro that way because one of the problems I've had with past build videos is my unhealthy need to show how I acquired everything for the build because I didn't like omitting information. But it always ended up taking up so much time and bloating up the video length so I figured I could just turn it into a fun little intro by super-cutting and only showing the items relevant to the build itself. I enjoyed this video so much that I've left it on loop far too many times and I can see areas that can still be improved upon - like only including mandatory bosses and bosses I find entertaining to fight and watch. So it's possible to make such a video more entertaining while cutting down on run time. :D
@@magnolia549 not to be picky, but some pretty important progression was skipped in the into, such as when you upgrade weapons or stats. i really noticed it when you when from getting the magic cracked tear straight to having killed red wolf and getting the magic whetblade and having gravitas. but i also understand that this is more of a build showcase video than a whole build guide
@@p1stons570 As you said, it's not a build guide. I omitted unimportant things in the setup since they were irrelevant and would only add to the length of the video.
Thank you, glad it was enjoyable! I still haven't learned how to properly avoid most of phase two's attacks and having the ability to completely demolish Bayle before it transitions is a double-edged sword. xD
I tried to do a build similar to this recently, with the same armour set and moonveil and having a staff in my left but icl I’m so trash at using magic effectively I just traded my staff for carian great shield
I didn't use any Somber weapons, so at the end of the run, all four were at +25. If you're specifically asking during the intro setup, I only remember my Longsword being at +19 when fighting Morgott in Leyndell. I can't recall the others since I've already deleted all the footage except the final video.

Great work!
Nice edit! Didn't expect to hear Frieren music lol.

Yo, that build setup in the intro has to be the best thing I've ever saw. Outrageous job! 👍
Thank you, it was really fun to put together and it really sets the vibe for the rest of the video. :D
@magnolia549 yes bro you should make more vids like this
@@CarianKnight1706 That's the plan! :D

@@magnolia549 oh ok i just wasnt sure because usually these videos dont really have a setup

Hey Magnolia! What level where your regular and somber weapons for your character?
