R25 grand personal I think it’s bit high -it should roughly between R15 grand -R20grand for 2 bedroom , more specifically with open kitchen. Please do another quote from different places , cause hayikhona 😢
Sad😩 Im building a four bedroom house and the labor is R60K I agreed to pay for each level, foundation, walls & roofing. So far I paid R40K. I don't believe in exploiting other people 😩
I believe i know where this house is. a lot of the new houses cheap out on labour and you can really see it. The finish on the house is good but before the finish you can see a log of imperfections
nice looking neighbour house until you look at the roof tiles on the hip and you can see the terrible cement surplus and not even coloured to match the colour of the tiles. Who is in charge? Ramaphosa? Somebody needs to tell the guy in the blue shirt and floppy hat that when using a claw hammer, your thumb should be behind the shaft to aid in direction, his fingers are all clutched around the shaft as if he was using it on somebody's head.
