@@deooptimomaximo9843 In my opinion, the 270 freestanding awning is the best Kings product I own. Get it on sale and you won’t regret it. It’s just a little painful to mount but once it’s on there, it’s a game changer 🍻.
The only issue I see is the water leaking into the bag from other reviewers. To be honest it's still a bargain for a 270 free standing. I am considering buying one for my setup.
Is that mounted on a steel roof rack? I have a steel roof rack and their instructions vids say it is best on an ally roof rack but I don't want to spend over 1k just to put it on an ally rack.

It was blowing pretty hard that day. Super sturdy. The heat shrink is a great idea 💡 🍻.
If you put heat shrink over your zips it takes out nearly all of the noise

I’ve heard of other bags leaking too. But I haven’t noticed any with ours. 100% recommend getting one, so quick and easy. Cheers.
i sealed mine with seam sealer on seams and on the ends front and back no probs now all good

Yeah mate. It’s on one of their steel roof racks. I welded the mounting brackets onto my roof rack without too much modification.

Canvas looks pretty thin.
Yeah, it’s not the thickest canvas out there. I guess it’s a case of “you get what you pay for”.
