Dick and Tom Van Arsdale were both standout players at Indiana University from 1962 to 1965. They are #34 and #35 on the all-time scoring list - Tom finished ahead of Dick by twelve points, 1,252 to 1,240. And amazingly, both made the NBA All-Star team three times, including two years, 1970 and 1971, where they both made it.
Tom Van Arsdale does have one unfortunate distinction, however - with 929 games and 14,232 points, he has the most in both categories of any player who never made the playoffs once in their career. Tom played twelve years and never once got to the postseason. Dick played on the 1976 Suns team that made the NBA Finals, and scored 15,079 points in his NBA career.

I would like to have heard if the twins have had any strange duplicated occurrences - often twins can have baffling unexplainable coincidences throughout their life even when miles apart.

Next year will be my 8th year...... So that meant that that year was his 7th....... I'm such a genius! (Insert sarcasm here)
