they aint running shoes, so i dont recomend doing any long distant running, however running machines in the gyms are not the same as running outdoors, so you will have alot more cussion in your steps when running on a machine then outside, so these shoes will be fine.
in the line of previous comments, these are not meant for running, so don't expect the extra cushion or reactivity here. Having said that, this model is less stiff that other gym shoes... it gets the job done in short running sessions just fine, particularly in treadmill. It's light, flexible, stable, soft in the inside, comfortable... good enough for 30min cardio/hiit running sessions.... no problem at all. Running shoes are more like... professional-oriented. Necessary for long runs and also for surfaces other than the treadmill.
They do not slip on laminate and wood floors so I think they don't slip on any floor. They are light. How comfortable they are I think that's individual for each one.
I would say yes, narrow width. As far as they fit me I won't be able to tell if they're stretching. But they are very uncomfortable and honestly would not recommend buying.
@@montyi8 I have no problem with narrow width, I even like it. It is difficult to tie so that the shoes do not squeeze or the foot is not loose. The insole is very slippery.

I have these with a different insole, is their more one version. I noticed you did not recommend due to comfort. Mine are really comfortable.
does the shoes spike?
Nice shoes. How is the size? I've heard Reebook has smaller size, so should I go up or take my normal size for these shoes?
I would say my size is 43EU and these are second Reebok shoes I have and both are EU43 and fits perfect.

They not really running shoes but if you feel comfortable in them then why not. Lot people use trainers for running.

Are these good for gym / fitness? Like turning on the gym floor and overall grip? What do you think? :)

Is this shoe narrow width near toes? And does it expand little after wearing for few months ?

@@AliWall Right, that's what some of the reviews I've read said. Uncomfortable in what sense? Because of the narrow width ?
