Polaris 2UV - Hidden time rotary table laser machine - LASIT

Polaris XYZ axes are made of welded, stabilized and machined steel. The 3 axes are all controlled by motors with encoders.
The Z axis is mounted directly on the X axis guide to make full use of the machine's work area. The Y axis is mounted on the Z axis in order to have a fixed work plane. The advantages of this structure are: reduced machine size, precise positioning of the pieces avoiding any risk of handling.
The stain can be equipped with our exclusive 3D scanning system which offers the possibility of scanning the piece directly inside the marking booth. Scanning is only necessary once when changing part geometry. Once the software processes the 3D drawing, it automatically compensates the marking to obtain perfect straight lines even on curved surfaces.
